M. M.Had a flat tyre, and literally called every tyre fitter that there is such as kwik fit, Halfords etc, not only did they not stock the tyre but were charging an arm and a leg for a single tyre. Called Zedd and he was the man to the rescue. Said an hour and he will be ay my address to have it all sorted but was actually there within 20 minutes and had me ready and good to go.
Would recommend to everyone to use this company for their professionalism and their amazing service.

H.I had a puncture and both my front tyres needed replacing, I was in a vulnerable position as I had a recovery van bring me in, they didn’t try to take advantage and exploit the situation by hiking up the price which some garages do when they see you’re in need, they gave me a fair price for two new tires and gave me good customer service. I was impressed with the balancing they did. Car drives a lot smoother now. Told me to come back if I have any problems free of charge which is something I don’t usually get in SparkHill. Keep up the great customer service I will be returning for my next pair of tires.

S. N.Visited the place with my BMW F11 on Saturday. Wanted a new rear set and wheel alignment done.
Firstly, the gent who changed my rear tyres talked me through picking a new set. More importantly I already advised him I wanted a new pair, he didn’t need to explain why my old ones needed changing showing me faults with the existing set. I was already offering him my money. The fact that he took time to explain things I was blown away by his customer service skills!
Secondly; the young gent who was working the same shift who did my wheel alignment was brilliant. He talked me through the process and explained the manufactured recommendations and got my alignment down to the exact point. He showed me the process start to end and explained the benefits I would be seeing. He didn’t make the job feel rushed and again his customer service skills were fantastic. Advised if there were any issues I could go back free of charge !
Both guys are a real credit. I’m so glad I tried you guys out.
If you own this place and are reading this; the gents working on Saturday 16 March 2019 at 10am are both real asset ! I operate a business myself and know all too well what it’s like to find decent hard working staff. I will be a returning customer because of them. I have already told all my family.

He showed me this state of the art tyre balancing machine which IV never seen before and balanced my tyre to near perfection in no time.
My car now drives smoothly and no steering wheel vibration.

P. P.Having travelled from Belmullet, Co. mayo on the Northwest coast of Ireland to visit my sick, elderly brother in Sparkbrook, I had the misfortune to hit a pothole on Golden Hillock Road, completely destroying my offside front tyre.
I was forced to straddle the pavement over a single yellow line opposite the junction of Sydenham Road.
Not carrying a spare wheel in my Dacia ‘Duster’ and the tyre being beyond repair, I was about to call my breakdown service when I was approached by two employees of ‘D.A.C. Car Tyres’, Sydenham Road, who we’re headed for their lunch break.
One of them phoned his boss, ‘Zed’ who organised a team to erect safety cones around my car, remove the wheel, bring it to the workshop for a replacement tyre and refit it to my car all in the spare of twelve minutes, start to finish, for little more than the cost of the replacement tyre.
I drove to the D.A.C. workshop, approx. 150 metres away having decided to replace the rest of my tyres, as they all looked a little ‘dodgy’.
‘Zed’ also supplied me with a spare wheel and a whole spare set of tyres at a remarkably competitive price which I loaded into my car and continued on my journey feeling fortunate to have broken down in that location having met a ‘jolly good bunch of blokes’, refreshed after a very nice cup of free, strong coffee complete with chocolate digestive biscuits.
