My car needed an oil top up, i went to kwikfit and the guy working there, checked my oil level and topped up my oil too and didnt even charge me. I recommend this place to everyone; 5* customer service. 👍🏻

Feel like the customer service was not there i had to ask all the questions, didn't really feel welcomed but got the work done as i was in need. Price was way too high 3 new tires and tracking done for £240 was too high i feel. When the guy was making the receipt the payment didnt added up then the manager had to change few things to make it add up feel like they charged me more on purpose bit its whatever i payed anyways. Even they forgot to put the spare tire back which if i drove off would have nothing left.

Never usually leave reviews but made an exception here for a very exceptional team of honest and hardworking mechanics. Had a really good experience here - car was left in safe hands and tyre problems were taken care of with the consideration of the customer as the teams primary priority. Cannot recommend this place enough! Amazing job guys

I went here today to have my tyres checked before commencing a long journey, the manager Sean did a great job, he filled up my screen wash, cleaned my lights and checked my tyre pressure, i will recommend kwik fit to people I know, and definitely return. Thank you Sean and team.

Highly recommend Tyre City as i got a good deal on 4 brand new 18" Bridgestone tyres for my Audi that I purchased from there online website as they are cheaper then there store, then had them fitted at there branch. Also decided to get my wheel alignment done here same time as all four wheels where a bit out of alignment. I would say they are a bit more expensive compared to other places for wheel alignment but you get what you pay for. I found Tyre city to be very professional and have excellent customer service skills and highly recommend them.

Best place to buy tyres, I have used Black Circles in the past but the prices that Tyre City offered were almost identical. They ordered the tyres that I wanted and rang me two days later to inform me that they had arrived. Agreed a time and had them fitted in 20 minutes.

Needed a tyre replacing on a Saturday and was able to book a same day appointment. I went down early and was dealt with straight away. Lovely staff. Not patronising, which is important as a woman. Took about 20 minutes and had a nice hot chocolate.

Always get genuine honest advice from the lads here, Tyre City dont have a staff bonus scheme so you dont get them pushing unnecessary parts on you so you know once you are all done, you have done it in the most efficient way. Ive brought a myriad of cars here and they never shy away from a job but on the other side, they wont take on anything on that they are not confident to, they will always give their advice which collectively is years and years worth of experience. Driver safety is clearly their top priority which is why my wife's car is always brought here.

The staff here are amazing. Great little place to get premium tyres! Literally £700 for a set of premium tyres! Saving me £££ compared to other more expensive places. Hightly recommend. Went there Saturday to get my tracking done and they did a great job for me.
