I was on my way home when i broke down, luckily i saw this garage just down the road so i popped in and i was instantly welcomed. Went to Bath Street Motors in Staple Hill for my first ever MOT. Knew the car was going to fail and had prepared myself for extortionate pricing. However, I was surprised at how honest Mark and Jason were. Everything was explained to me fully and they were honest about how much it was going to cost and why - no hidden surprises and no 'ripping off'. They even had to source extra car parts for me as these parts are no longer made due to the age of the vehicle and I wasn't charged extra other than the price of the part. About a week after I received my car back, one of the windscreen wipers stopped working and Jason repaired it for free. I will be returning for many years to come and would recommend working with Mark and Jason to anyone.

Needed oil change done quick. Phoned them just before closing time. They booked it in for first thing in the morning & let me wait for it. All done fast & efficiently & used good make oil & filter. Very pleased. Will use again.

A garage I feel confident taking my car to without wondering if I'm going to end up being ripped off. Prices are reasonable, and the staff helpful and polite. On my last MoT, I was sure that there was probably going to a couple of issues I'd fail on, but just needed a new wing mirror glass. Been using them since I got my Zafira 3 years ago, and don't see me going elsewhere any time soon.

Visited to have the tracking done on a Classic Mini. Very professional, helpful and respectful unlike some tyre garages. Were happy for me to review the tracking specs first and their tracking equipment is much better than most other garages. Highly recommended.
