Amazing service from this Kwik Fit. Bookable appointments, so you aren't hanging around for ages waiting for tired to be changed like some other Kwik Fit centres. The staff are really friendly and helpful. This is the only Kwik Fit I will use, all the other kwik fits just aren't interested in good customer service. Never have a problem with this one. Good, clean waiting area. A few parking spaces. Short walk from the shops, costa and subway.

After being literally kicked out of in"n"out in cribbs causeway (recommend anyone to never go there) these guys namely adam and elliot and the manager (do not know his name) was so helpful and got me in the day after, sorted my tyres for a cheap price when they had the chance to rip me off. Had my tires replaced at fishponds kwit fit. A shocking job was completed with one of my wheels being loose. This was found out the day after because I could hear knocking. I then took the car to RYAN ADAM AND ELLIOT at Filton kwik fit and what a top bunch of lads the put all the errors that had been done wrong in fishponds right. They went the extra mile and were even apologising for the poor attempt fishponds had done. (Although they didn't need to) I would highly recommend thes 3 lads and Filton branch. Easy to find, well sign posted location just off a major road. Enclosed waiting room and not far from Rolls Royce & useful amenities such as hotels and coffee shops. Staff were really helpful and kept me in the loop on costs and expected completion time. My previous experiences with other branches were not good but the team at this one have been faultless.

Good service and open a Sunday which was very useful because I had to head back to London that day and didn't want to do it on temp spare. The prices were cheaper than for the exact same tyre in London which is expected but didn't expect it to be £25. However, the manager looked like he hated life and hated being there. I understand it's a Sunday and it's not ideal to work but may be not talk to people like you don't care. Probably can get away with it because that was the only place that was open on a Sunday in the area.

Had a puncture, a nail in tyre and they fitted me in as soon as possible to get tyre changed. Although had to wait an hour as they had bookings already they assisted as quick as they could and saved my family from canceling the planned day trip and got things sorted within 30 minutes. I regularly use this Kwik Fit for the 4 cars in my household. I’ve decided to write a review as I had complications after a recent tyre fitting and laser tracking. The manager (Dan) and Lois booked me in quickly to rectify the problems given we use this car for the school runs. This was done at no additional cost and whilst I always like to search for the best deal, this branch goes out of their way to give me a good price but more than that, I value their customer service highly which is why I keep going back. A great team all round and a credit to Kwik Fit. Thanks Lois for sorting my wife’s car today at such short notice.

Had an appointment at 11, car went up on the ramp at 11.02 , which I thought wax excellent, I was driving away by 11.30. The technician took the time to tell me that 1 of my tyres would probably need replacing in 3 months, but there was no hard sell which I appreciated. On Easter Saturday afternoon needed a new tyre on my Step Daughters car due to a blowout. The car was parked nearby out side her flat, and was not supplied with a spare wheel, so we were stuck. Adam and Ryan came up and took the wheel off, took it back to garage and fitted a new tyre, then came back and fitted the wheel back to the car. Job done. I had gone back with them to pay, before their fitting the wheel back to the car. This was brilliant customer service, and fair play to the manager who gave them permission for this procedure to be undertaken.

I had a flat battery next door to Kwik Fit Filton, I went in to see if they could help and Dan came out straight away and jump started my car. I drove away but after thinking about it I decided to phone them up to see if they could fit a new battery. They managed to do it the same day, which was great. So everyone was very helpfully and we all kept our distance because of Covid-19. Would go back again and recommend them to friends and colleagues.

I had my battery changed under warranty after three years of a four year warranty without any problem what so ever but had further problems with the car failing to start even after long runs and this was a particularly inconvenient as I was backwards and forwards to hospital visiting my wife when the car let me down again. I called into Kwik-Lit Patchway at 16.45 on the way home from the hospital and asked them if they could diagnose my problem. They said that the alternator was not fully functional and needed attention, I asked them for a quote and booked the car in for the next day and by 10. 00am the following day I was back on the road and have had no problems or worries since. I have visited Kwik Fit quite a few times and have always been treated with politeness and a really good service. One time i went because my local garage told me i needed two new tyres when I took the car to Kwik Fit they said no the tyres were fine so saved me money. The tyres lasted another year. A really good bunch - they aligned the wheels on my Mini and sold me a great deal (£120 for two years of wheel balancing - you just come back whenever you like and they stamp a little book each time) so I couldn't be happier. The branch manager, Dan, is a top bloke and the waiting times are very reasonable considering that customers are turning up without appointments all the time. You can get cheaper wheel balancing and cheaper tyres - everyone knows that - but I don't like driving on cheap rubber and none of the cheaper places use the high-tech alignment kit. (There's also free tea and coffee and a warm place to sit and wait!)

We were really pleased with the service we received at Bristol-Filton Kwik Fit last Saturday afternoon. Following a puncture and tyre change on the M5, we needed to find a replacement tyre (not a typical tyre, apparently) to continue our journey home. We also had with us my parents, dad is blind and mum has alzheimer's. Danny and his colleagues at Bristol-Filton Kwik Fit couldn't have been more helpful and considerate. Not only did they have the right tyre for our needs, they fitted it quickly and, whilst we were waiting, we were made as comfortable as possible. The replacement tyre was also £15 cheaper than I paid elsewhere last year. As I said earlier, we are really pleased with the service we received and would recommend Kwik Fit without hesitation.

What brilliant service. I had ordered a new tyre but when I took the car to the service station I was told all I needed was a repair to the valve. They repaired the valve which cost about 20% of the cost of a new tyre and refunded the cost of a new tyre. What wonderful honest people.

I was always very wary of these types of garage, but was forced to use this Kwik Fit as my daughter was caught out with a nasty rip in a tyre when she hit a brick. I went to meet my daughter at the garage and arrived as she was being talking to the branch manager, I watched from the back of reception and let her get on with it only intending to step in if I felt she needed some assistance as I didn't want to undermine her by being the overprotective Dad. I cannot stress how impressed I was, not only with the Managers general manner, but with the non-patronising way they explained their findings to my young daughter. They also showed us how the car's tracking was out due to the impact (Something I was aware of and intended to get done anyway), the manager could see that my daughter was a typical student with limited funds and so gave us a sizeable discount on the tracking adjustment. The end result was a very happy daughter and a ford Ka that now drives in the right direction with new shoes! I would recommend this place without hesitation, yes you will find cheaper tyres, yes you will find cheaper exhausts...but if you want a decent service from an honest garage come and see this lot.

Booked a next day appointment (great!) for a x2 tyre change. Appointment at 12.30pm, car up on ramp just after 1pm (hmmm...). Mechanic leaves my car to get lunch with spanner still hanging off wheel. 15mins later another mechanic resumes and finished the job on my car (not giving me confidence here...). No apparent wheel alignment that I could see.

Got a tyre fitted - my wife actually took it in but she had to phone me up a couple of times. The guy first said I had ordered the wrong tyre as it didn't match the one I was taking off. Obviously I wanted it to match the tyre on the other side I was keeping on so I was correct. Then he forgot to do the wheel alignment which had been requested, and I'm not convinced he did the best job of it - the test result he gave back still had one of the rear wheels out by quite a bit. So in the end the work was done, but came away not convinced they were trying very hard to do a quality job.

I have ordered two new tyres from Kwik fit’s website and booked an appointment for fitting. The price included fitting & balancing of the new tyres and disposal of the older ones. I compared the price with other competitors such as black circles and it was the same. On the day of my appointment I just left the car and the team started working on it immediately and 45 minutes later the work was done. They offer at the end a free wheel alignment check and you can decide after the diagnosis if you want them to align the wheels. The wheel alignment was at £59.99 because they use the new system with laser. So my final conclusions was that my experience overall was positive and I do recommend anyone in the area wanting to change tyres to visit their website as they have a plethora of choices. P.S: there are two Kwik Fit very near each other. This one is next to Lloyd’s bank on Gloucester road with North direction towards the roundabout.
