Huge thanks to Mark and Jack for helping me out yesterday. They both gave me 200% customer service, above and beyond expectations. I left my car with a flat tire near-by and came running asking for help five minutes before they were supposed to close. Mark reached out and took me to my car, helped me drive it back to Tyre Pros and fit me a new tire so I could get back home safely. Very professional, friendly and excellent service. Took my car here for a quick check of the steering. Very glad of the service I received. The polish sounding technician (possibly Mr Jakub from the other reviews?) was patient and explained the problem thoroughly so I understood and could prevent circumstances in the future. They were also happy enough to view my car and give advice for free. Lovely service will come again.

Came in to have a tyre replaced and alignment. Really friendly staff, I had a young apprentice carry out the work on my car. He was really friendly and professional and certainly knew what he was doing! It was really refreshing to see a young lad enjoying his job and taking his responsibilities seriously. Been looking around to find a garage that can do tyres more so budget like for my car. When I came in there was someone painting what look like the machines and said he’d be right with me. Before he had the chance to even get up the shorter dark haired lad sitting down in the office waved me in asking what I needed. He quoted me the price for a few new wheels. Way to high. He wouldn’t even go lower on the price. He just shrugged his shoulders and looked down at his phone and said something along the lines of he’s not in charge around here. If he’s not in charge then why does he have his feet up? I’ll go elsewhere for my wheels then. I’ll give 3 rating because at the end of the day I didn’t have work done just a quote if you call it that.

Popped in a few days ago for air in me tyres. Was greeted by the manager and a Canadian who happily gave air. I asked if there was any charge and the Canadian employee said nothing necessary. I went to give him 2 quid as a tip for their tea and he said thank you and asked if I could put it in their donation box for prostate. He gave me a lovely little pin in return for donating. Wonderful friendly service, I will be back shortly for work once I mot me car.

The Techician, Mr Jakub was very professional in dealing with my issue. After rectifying the issue, he was kind enough to walk me thro the problem that caused the issue and gave me professional advise on how I can prevent the issue in the future. Was disappointed to see that Mr Jakub was the only techician working on the site on the day, luckly I had only had to wait 45 mins.

Very fast and efficient service. Fairly priced tyres. Had to replace all four and the kind gentlemen advised me, that my front disk and pads were worn. I will admit, I am not very good at cars so this is nice to know they are looking out for their customers beyond what you came in for. They even discounted me on the brakes. Much more friendlier service then the Kwik Fit down the road. Will definitely be back next time!

Having left the house, the warning came up on the car computer. I drove straight to Tyre City, and with two tyres with punctures, thanks to embedded screws, I left within an hour with a repair, two new tyres and all tracking and ballancing undertaken! This is the third Tyre City I have used and as usual I got excellent Service. I popped in as I could hear a noise under my car. Within 10 mins Lee the centre manager had identified what part I needed. He told me I could go back that day to get it done but I could not do that so he booked me in for the next day. Before they did my car Lee explained what they were doing , showed me the part and what it did. I won’t use any other garage . Trustworthy , competitive and honest. I give them 5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Fantastic service. Initially I went there because they had both front and rear toe and camber alignment equipment. Most garages only have front toe lasers. I was able to book a time (massively convienant) and when I arrived they turned all attention and resources to my vehicle. Unfortunately the two staff members were unable to remove the bolts required, they told me to come back to see their senior engineer who was currently on two week holiday. On return they again turned all resources to my vehicle at the time of my booking. The senior engineer managed to remove the bolts to continue the rear wheel alignment. All fixed and very pleased with the service. The two previous staff members were pleased to have learnt a new technique that day. Also before they even saw my vehicle they price matched the cheapest quote I found elsewhere. Will definitely return and they seem competitive with black circles.

I have started to use Tyre City - Keynsham since late 2019. Their service has been exceptional and I also cannot fault them on cost. I have had 2 of my cars fitted with new tyres and happy on both occasions. Best experience was today though, where a niggling intermittent screech sound from brakes was examined. The offending item was a stone wedged within inner brake pad. I was not charged despite taking at least 30 minutes of labor time. That is how you build a lifetime of loyalty with the small acts that a customer will remember.

Had the displeasure of finding out this Morning that I had a flat tyre. I looked on Google and found Tyre City was only 2 minutes round the corner from where I work. I called them up expected to need to book and was told I can come anytime, so I drove round 10 minutes later (8:40AM) and was greeted by a very friendly, smiling gentleman named Byron. He was very detailed and clear about what he was doing, very quick in replacing and fitting the new tyre and overall a pleasure to do business with. I was only there for about 40 minutes which covered investigation, testing, replacing, fitting and safety checks. I would 100% recommend them and the price was very reasonable too!

Would highly recommend. I drove past this place to originally go to Kwik fit ... was not greeted at all there for 15 mins before walking out and going to Tyre City... luckily it was quiet, they welcomed me and was happy to help. They wasted no time in getting my car on the ramp. I had two rounded locking wheel nuts which they removed for me and the technician even let me watch over his shoulder to inspect my new used car.

Excellent staff, especially Elliot the centre manager, but also the other tyre fitter. Very polite and friendly. Excellent service, I'm a motability customer, and they have to sort things out with Motability, which can take a while. As soon as they get the green light the job is sorted in a very short time. Would recommend to everyone, the only tyre fitters that have always had my size tyres in stock. I used to use these prior to the name change and before I had my Motability cars. I came in earlier to find they just ran out of puncture packs and the lads were kind enough to find me a place down the road to get my puncture and tyre sorted. I went to the place being Kwik Fit in Keynsham and I entered to find the manager extremely rude and unwelcoming. I then explained I was sent here from Tyre city because they were out of puncture packs. The manager then handed me a box full of puncture repair packs and told me to go bring it to Tyre City and have them do it. I asked him if he was being serious and just said he was busy and if they are out of patches they can have ours. I then went back up to Tyre City with the patches and was greeted warmly by the lads there apologetic about being moved back and forth. They then managed to get me new tyres on the car without issue. I’m giving a five star because of how professional and friendly they were. Would recommended Tyre city all day but not Keynsham Kwikfit unless you want to be moving their stock around. Great staff and good PPE use at their center. Not to be said for Kwikfit down the road though.

Went yesterday to check a slow puncture. The chap I saw was very helpful and he was able to repair the tyre, rather than me having to buy a new one. The work was done quickly and efficiently and I came away feeling happy and confident that I had not been ripped off and that I could go back to Tyrecity again in the future, with confidence!
