Excellent Service !! My wife had a leak from her Peugeot 208 .. They said bring it down immediately and they would have a quick look .. they identified the problem and did the work early the following day . It was competitively priced and the whole process was thoroughly professional , would definitely recommend this garage .. we have used them before and can say they are an honest business, who don’t rip you off .. totally trustworthy.. Very friendly service, recently started getting my Iveco car transporter serviced and maintained here. Use to use another local garage but have to say Venture are much more better value for money, and seem to have a better eye for detail. Also don’t have to keep chasing for a update, as I find with some other garages. Sean and the lovely the lady behind the desk are also very polite and helpful. Thank you Venture.

Absolutely amazing, they've done the last 3 MOT on our old and battered but beloved LDV Convoy (highly recommend them particularly for LDV), and just recently did an awesome job on some welding for a very reasonable price.

This place is priceless it offers great customer service and whats best is it offers advice. Take it or leave it but they dont say it for upselling they say it to help. When I went there the tyres I wanted where not all there but Helen said had the next ones up but immediately said ill take a fiver off as u hadn't planned on buying these. And then the guys outside advised me on my brakes and fixed a gator back on ..np additional charge ....great service polite people will try and call in again if the unthinkable happens. Been using Venture Tyres for a while now (20 yrs+) - recently switched the works van from the main dealer (Aquila Trucks) who were terrible (poor quality work/overpriced/no care at all), which we should have done years ago... The result was a quick and efficient service and MOT, avoiding any unnecessary costs (so beloved by the main dealers). Also, as well as great service and prices, one thing that does stand out for Venture Tyres is that they don't judge a customer or their vehicle. Whether you've got a brand new, top of the range model, or roll up in an old camper held together with gaffer tape, they'll always do their best for you. Highly recommended.

Came today 04/02/2019 to Bristol for a day, picked up a side wall puncture so needed a tyre replacement, tried all the famous tyre places no one could book me in and only had the most expensive tyres in stock I googled other places and found Venture Tyres drove to them, They did not have the tyre I wanted but they said they can order something similar and will be here in 10 minutes I had a tyre fitted and all sorted in a matter of 20 minutes. Very professional attitude and friendly staff did not try to over sell. Great experience. I will recommend them to any one. in fact I have already made my mind up to get my all four corners done in summer from them. They look like a small place but they provide a big service and they are not small just not advertise like halfords or kwik-fit who normally are useless majority of the times.

Came to our rescue yesterday when we had a flat on the way back home (178 miles) from Dorset to Derby. We had a car full with our 16 month old baby on board. They couldn't have been any more sympathetic, quick and responsive. And the price was good too. The alternative would have been a 140 mile recovery by BMW so they saved us from a much worse fate! What great service. I arrived just before they closed. I had a puncture and googled nearest tyre fitters - they were 600m away. I had taken the wheel off and had the skinny spare on. Moment I arrived someone took away the wheel and said they’d have a look. I went to the office. Spoke to the lady there and she said they’d already got it in hand. 10min later a guy came in with a bill. £15.60 and would I like it refitted? I rolled my car round and they swapped the wheel for the spare in seconds. Even helped me back out onto the road. 20min from arrival to in my way and cheap too. Worth finding when I need to replace my tyres.

I recently moved to Bristol and was looking for a new mechanic. Someone suggested Venture Tyres so I thought I'd try them out. They were very friendly and helpful and they dealt with my problem immediately. I would definitely recommend them on the basis of this first visit.

Took my Nieces little Fiesta in for a tyre change, within minutes they highlighted a failed ShockAbsorber, which was blatantly obvious to me when shown as it was dripping in fluid, then when taking off one of the wheels, a wheel stud sheared off in front of my own eyes, as a previous garage has crossed the thread. So now I’m stuck with a car with three wheel studs. So what did Venture do? …. as I walked into the office to ask for advice, Shaun (Owner Partner) was talking on the phone, I waited for him to finish, only to find out that he had already ordered the stud and new wheel nuts, and then asked if I wanted new ShockAbsorbers as well. Didn’t want to get the shocks from Ford as OEM were too expensive. Yes please, says I. To which he swung around grabbed a set of keys and said, take the “Loner”, and we’ll call you tomorrow when its done. …. wow …. I didn’t even ask. A message at 11:24 next day confirming its all done and come and collect. Jumped in the Loner, paid the very fairly priced bill, jumped in my car and away did drive….. I cannot fault, the service, the attitude, the mannerism, the friendliness or the bill Helen and Shaun, you and your team rock ….. 10/10
