Always have a great customer service experience here and timely services. Today however something made me quite uncomfortable hence the 4 star NOT 5. Served in the same friendly and informative ways I've always been, they are always great with me. The chain has clearly got a new manager. This I know from the manager or supervisor himself, having a very unprofessional conversations with a customer loud enough for myself and other customers to hear. 1) he slated the old management at the store badly. 2) he berated and told off other guys for mistakes well in earshot of us customers. It is both unprofessional behaviour to the organisation to blame past workers for issues. And no way to create a winning team by shaming them in front of others. I was frankly quite uncomfortable and annoyed by this unprofessional conduct. I think someone higher should have a word about dignity in the work place.

Absolutely brilliant service! Recently driving home from Cardiff city centre from shopping and my tyre was completely flat and no chance of it being inflated it was done. I had no spare tyre in my car old inflator machine which did nothing as tyre was completely done. I drove into Kwik fit literally 5:01pm and the guys at the garage finished at 5pm ready to go home for weekend and bank hols. However, the guys at the garage was willing to stay behind and change 2 tyres for me. the guys were extremely helpful and happy to help, even though they were just about to leave the garage they were willing to still help. Hello, I’d like to offer a review for my visit to Cardiff North Road Kwikfit for earlier this week. Finishing work at the end of the day and getting ready to drive to Bristol to see family visiting from abroad for my grandfather’s funeral, I was pretty gutted to find a screw sticking out of my tyre right before I headed for the M4. It was almost an early end to my evening. But I’m delighted to say that Jonathan at Kwikfit went beyond the extra mile to help me out in the very last few minutes of the day, helping me understand my options before changing my tyre in no time at all. I managed to make it to Bristol just in time and was able to celebrate my grandfather as planned. Thanks Jonathan, and your colleague in the office whose name I didn’t get, for the dust caps as well. Very professional service, thanks to Chris, David and Carl, I had three new tyres & unknown to me one of them was actually a whopping 10years old😳. They use high tech machines and equipment, very friendly and professional. They fitted me in at short notice, and made me feel very comfortable being a woman. They also managed to correct my tracking, wheel alignment out the same day. Went back to the garage a few days later because my steering had a very slight pull to the left, made time to see me the same day ran a diagnostic on a (high tech) machine to find the 'tow drag' on the monitor showed a difference between the left and right side; made some adjustments (FOC), making my car very smooth to drive. Brilliant service! Thanks to all involved.

I realised I had a slow puncture while driving across Cardiff, thankfully I wasn’t too far away from this Kwik Fit. I had to wait a little while for my car to be looked at but that was fair as others were booked in. When the guys had a look at my tyre it turned out that they could repair it for me instead of having to replace it. They had it sorted very quickly. They are a friendly bunch, professional, and I’m glad they were honest instead of trying to sting me for a new tyre!

I had an engine malfunction with my car a couple weeks ago. As a student I don’t have much experience with cars and live away from home so I was very worried and naive about the situation my car was in. Many other garages I felt tried to take advantage of that. Tristan and his team did an amazing job of properly informing me on the issues with my car and took real care in ensuring I was back up and running. Tristan and his team really made me feel like they genuinely wanted to look after me as a customer and invested a lot of time, expertise and effort to ensure this happened. They simply went above and beyond. Their care, integrity and professionalism they had towards their customers are outstanding and genuinely put a smile on my face after what was a nightmare experience for me. After only 24hrs my car was diagnosed, had all the work done required and was back on the road. They even noticed a rattle under my car and fixed that for me for no extra charge. Throughout the whole experience I knew I was in safe hands. Thanks so much to Tristan especially; I can now safely get home to see my family for Christmas. I just can’t recommend enough.

Turned up to Kwik Fit at 4.55 on Saturday with my car on a tow truck as my 2 rear tyres had been slashed.. they were just closing but seen how distressed I was the 2 men there were amazing, especially Conner he said il sort it, took my car in and put new tyres on , he also filled the screen wash up ( I’m always forgetting to do it).. I had brilliant service from kwikfit Cardiff North Road on 23/12/19 Took my Supra in with a slow air leak and the chap who checked it over did a brilliant job in finding the leaks, which were the valve and a couple of spots around the rim, he didnt rush either to get the repair perfect and also fitted new front wiper blades and all for a very reasonable price. My 22 year old daughter who commutes to Bristol daily needed to get a tyre checked having seen a screw head in her tyre when she got home at 5.30pm. Didn't think anyone could help her so late in the day and she needed to drive back to Bristol at 6.30am the next morning. In hope, she rang Matthew at Kwik Fit and explained. No problem, even though the garage was shutting shortly. Driving through rush hour traffic, she got there just after 6.00pm, expecting them to have closed. Nope! Matthew was waiting for her! Above and beyond. I've used this garage for many years and so do my family. We'll continue to use use and recommend them. Matthew was a credit to the company and I continue to have nothing but praise for the team.

Dan and the rest of the guys were stars! They turned a stressy situation into an easy one. Because I was only a short distance away, they came out to help me get started again. Then kept me up to date whilst they sourced a new battery. V happy customer :) popped in with a possible puncture a couple of days later, they checked it out on the spot to make sure it was ok.
