I googled ATS reviews before I went in and have to say they deserve 5 stars,customer service is second to none. I received some very welcome advice regarding what’s not needed at the moment the opposite from what I was told a yr ago by another garage. I would recommend to friend’s family and colleagues. Thank you ATS staff Corstorphine.

ATS is a a tyre/exhaust fitters so not everyone is going to agree with me but ATS is not like other tyre and exhaust fitters. For me their focus has been good customer service at mostly reasonable prices but not always. Over 20 years using this particular branch and I keep going back. Why? Because I have been forced to use the Farmers and the Kwik Fits in the area at various times and they have all lied to me. Farmers in particular have sold me inappropriate tyres for my car, recommended the replacement of perfectly good parts, and replaced them either poorly or with low quality parts. I have seen the previous manager here be rude to a customer but I have also seen that exact same customer come in at the same time as me on three occasions (what are the chances of that?) and be a real nuisance. I was surprised that it took the manager that long to be rude. He was only ever nice to me. The current manager is also very nice. This week, I ordered tyres from the ATS website and the wrong tyres were delivered for my appointment. This wasn't noticed until after I had waited an hour and they had removed my wheels. They apologised, fixed my puncture for free to get me back on the road, gave my car an alignment check for free when they replaced the tyres, and also gave fmy wife's car an alignment check for free too. I know that checks used to be free but they really made me feel like a valued customer. My big issue with ATS is that they now charge far too much for puncture repairs (about £35 now). This is so overpriced that it pushes people towards needlessly buying new tyres and sending otherwise perfectly good tyres to landfill. Alignment checks are now £12 and they used to be free. I feel that this should be standard with any tyre change since correcting the alignment is £50 anyway (front only). To me, free alignment checks support customers in taking good care of their tyres and vehicles as well as representing a quality service. Since it is that quality service that has kept me coming back for over 20 years, they may be lowering their standards too much for their own good.

I rarely leave reviews but after visiting ATS in Corstorphine today I felt I had too. I have used them over many years and they have consistently provided first class service. Today was no exception, repairing a loose and damaged exhaust heat shield and no charge for their efforts.

To be truthful, I have never been to ATS before. I booked online for 2 new tyres, arrived sharp a bit early, all were polite and did the job efficiently, yes the waiting area is not posh but I just want tyre's, quick and simple, spot on, thank you I would certainly not hesitate to return.

Son had a flat tyre this morning so used my air compressor to inflate and noticed the valve hissing. He drove the 5 minute journey with me following behind him to the tyre centre just to arrive at the 8.30 a.m. opening time. Explained the issue to Murray at the front desk who had a look and confirmed it was a faulty valve. He took whe wheel / tyre off and replaced the valve. To my surprise there was no charge for this. I have used this centre twice before for a new battery for my sons car and a tyre for my previous car. They did not have my preferred tyre in stock but gave me a slightly more expensive tyre for the same price as the cheaper one. It is my go to place for tyres, batteries and any little emergencies that pop up from time to time. Customer service is first class in all my dealings with them and a special mention to the young lad Murray for helping us out this morning. Keep up the good work lads.

Outstanding service from the guys at this branch and really fair prices, I used them for the first time this week to fix my extra large Sprinter van following an MOT fail. I will use this company forever now and I have recommended them to at least 5 people already. The other big repair shops should take a leaf out of this business model. I wish this company every success as I was fitted in at short notice and work was done really fast and I’m back at work a day early !

Unfortunately, due to an unexpected tyre deflation, I was taken to this particular garage as they had my tyre size in stock. The guys there were friendly and prompt. They took care of my tyre problem without hesitation and I was back on lie road in no time!!!! Great place with reasonable prices too. 👍👍👍
