I felt I had to write a review of Bathwick tyres after my experience today. The last few weeks have been really hard for me. I Lost my Aunty, then a month later I lost my mum then last week I lost a friend. So to say I am feeling low and not in a good place would be an understatement. So this morning when I got into drive my car to work I had a bad knocking sound and had to divert to Bathwick tyres to investigate. Today I felt things just cant get me any lower, but I had to get my car repaired. I Turned up with no appointment and within ten minutes they had looked at my car and found the rubber broken supporting the back box of the exhaust. They didnt have one but said if I popped back in an hour they would get one and fix it for me. So I did and they repaired it quickly. I asked what I owed them and the reply was...dont worry about it just come and see us again for your tyres and brakes etc.....I actually got in the car and shed a tear at the help and generosity that some people will do for you. No one in that garage knew what I had been through or how I was feeling but that one little bit of help and kindness really lifted my spirits and I cannot thank the guys enough for what they did and they will probably never know what that one little act of kindness did for me. I will never forget that helping hand

I was in for a reason, first issue was the online booking only gave 10 am spots which stopped me booking in previously. Apparently it is a fault on their side. Second issue was having to leave the car for 90 minutes but only getting told on the day which could of been mentioned on the web site. Also I had another car re gas done elsewhere and it took only 30 minutes start to finish. Lastly when I went back for the car, I was hanging around for over an hour more like 1 hr 20 from the posted time. Staff friendly and no issues with cost etc but just need to set customer expectations a lot nearer to reality.

First time I've used Protyre and I'm very pleased with their service. Booked an MOT over the phone and dropped it off the following day. MOT was completed promptly and they even did a tyre and brake inspection free of charge. Staff are very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I visited Bathwick Tyres Gloucester today to get a second opinion on a fault I have on my van. The staff were very helpful and found the fault to be the battery. They had one in stock and fitted it straight away. The total job was £48 cheaper than I had been quoted at another company. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for the great service.

Mike & Carl where unbelievable.!! I hit a pot hole on the M5 and they went above and beyond staying open out of their work hours to help me. Brill Company - friendly, knowledgeable staff and definitely totally trustworthy. I used to always use a different garage but was in Pets at Home car park when car emergency warning came on. They looked at it and told me what was needed and didn't even charge to do it. Yesterday, I took my car there for an MOT and it passed and they didn't charge the extra my last company always used to charge to do an extra computer check. Thank you so much Guys !

Excellent service, above and beyond. Today I finished work to find I had a flat tyre. I went to Bathwick Tyres just as they were closing up and staff were going home. The manager stayed on to sort my tyre quickly and efficiently, even though he finished late after already starting at 7am. I will definitely recommend them to friend's and will certainly use them again.

I always go here for my tyres now, after trying most of the places around gloucester and the forest this place is always cheaper and normally around £10 ish per type cheaper. there pretty quick at fitting and the staff seem very competent at what there doing. not like some places that tell you that they will only pump your tyres upto 28 if you like it or not even tho manufacturing spec says more. I asked for 38 psi in them and that's what I got. happy days. I'll only go here from now on. give them a try you won't be disappointed.
