I broke down on a Friday evening and needed two tires replacing. Not from the area I called the owner (not even expecting him to answer that late at night), but to my surprise he did. He was kind, reassuring, and managed to source new tires and replace them the very next morning. The whole team were very supportive and I can’t thank them enough for making me feel at ease throughout the whole process.
In a nutshell - Top quality tires, reasonable price, and excellent service.

I was once broken down on a dangerous bend on the leckhampton Hill and they responded to the call extremely quick and got me home safe and sound.
2nd occasion two days ago I had a blown out tyre and Gloucester tyres stock is that vast that they somehow had the unusual size tyre in store unlike kwik fit with whom my lease company advised me to go to.
I have since fed back to lease compnay to make contact with the reliable team at Gloucester tyres to provide a greater service to their customers.

My children and I were stranded in the heat yesterday on the side of the M5 110 miles from home, with a tear in my rear tyre, with no luck from my roadside recovery and a wait time of over 3 hours, I decided to google mobile tyre services and tried Gloucester Tyres. Within 35 minutes the owner was with us, he changed the tyre, explained every step of the process and also advised me on another issue he spotted to get fixed in the next few days. I feel the service, on a busy, boiling hot Sunday was efficient, helpful and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend and use again (but I hope I don't have to)

I'm not sure if he was the owner but the Indian man got me to park up and checked all four tyres quickly and told me that my tyres were fine.

P. C.When my low tyre-pressure warning light came on last night with over 100 miles to go on my journey I was in a proper pickle. The run-flat tyres allegedly offer a range of up to 100 miles, but after covering less than 20 I was forced to book a hotel. I called Gloucester Tyres around 7.30 and Bobby told me to come to the premises at 9am. By 10 am I had 2 new Pirellis fitted and was on my way. Great price too!
