N. P.With only a few days to our long awaited holiday, my Audi developed an electrical problem. I really thought we would be unable to go as all other frantic calls to garages were fruitless. No one cared. I stumbled across Pritchards and Jeremy said he was inundated with work but would take a quick look. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and went out of his way to get it fitted in time. He went above and beyond and I am so grateful to him as we had a great well needed break away. The costs was reasonable and I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks Jeremy and Co! Nicky Binning.

I'm fairly cynical of the garage servicing industry. With over 30 years of motoring experience I've seen a fair share of cars not being respected and also shoddy (or unnecessary) repair jobs, so I always approach a potential new garage with trepidation.
One of our cars needed some troubleshooting on the brakes and rather than risk getting shafted by a Jaguar main dealer, I took a punt on Pritchards.
The service from Nicola and Jordan was perfect all of the way through....pleasant, polite, and they communicated well throughout the time the car was entrusted to them. The job was done to my satisfaction and at a reasonable price.
I'm a happy customer and now that our cars are both outside the warranty period, I'm glad I have found someone I can trust for future repairs.

R. D.After my father’s car lit up like a Christmas tree with various faults across both the electrical systems and 4x4 system, I approached Jeremy who quickly carried out a diagnostic for us. It’s worth noting that before the diagnostic was even booked or any money had changed hands, Jeremy spent a considerable amount of time with me explaining what each warning light could indicate and the likely root causes for each problem. Following the diagnostic each problem was discussed with me and it’s fair to say at this point, their expert BMW knowledge and general willingness to help resulted in the most cost effective repairs to what could have been a job that other garages washed their hands of and chalked up to be more trouble than its worth. We now have a car that’s fault free and working as it should. I highly recommend Pritchard Motor Group. Their service is impeccable and their staff genuinely have a willingness to go that extra mile when needed!

J. H.Highly recommended, friendly and efficient service. Had 4 wheel alignment carried out on my BMW after another garage had made a mess of it. My car now drives and handles beautifully once again. I will be making the 75 mile round trip every 6 months for alignment as it’s worth it for the service and results!
