Had my car balanced as well as having a 4 wheel alignment by the great bunch of lads JWT and I couldnt be happier! Was told to pop up when I rang last weekend and they would get on the ramp, and that they did in a very speedy time and at a very, very good price!! Well worth the 70 mile round trip. I've used JWT for several years and have never had a bad experience. The value you get from their store is the best in the county, not to mention having zero damage to wheel rims from the machines. Prior to covid there was access to the waiting area with a large TV in spacious area. Now with the ability to book online to make sure what you want is available as well as a small branch in Ross on Wye, it's become that bit better. The employees are always welcoming and accommodating too

One of our tyres had a nasty fast leak on it, I couldn't see where it was and didn't know if it was the tyre or the wheel but it was such that we couldn't drive on it. Phoned up 9am and spoke to Tim and told him what the situation was, he came out to us and by 11.45am same day our tyre was replaced and issue fixed! Tim was really professional and friendly and having just moved to the area some months ago we've now found our go to place for all things tyres! Strongly recommended, thanks Tim!

Visited here for the first time as my wife's car had a puncture. Very good customer service- would've been £38-£53 for a new tyre but did a puncture repair for under £20 so not profiteering. All done in under 45 mins from ringing up. Would certainly recommend.

These guys are good. Always happy to help. They have a great waiting room and free hot drinks and TV whilst you wait. I have been using them for years. Brilliant service provided by a knowledgeable group of people. I've bought a full set of tyres for 3 different cars over the last few years from them, each time using their website and mobile fitting service. The website is easy to use, offers a vast range of tyres, all at competitive prices, the mobile fitting service is great, they call you in the morning to let you know what time they'll be arriving, couldn't ask for more, and I would and do recommend them to everyone.

I have used John Wood for nearly 40 years and they have always been courteous , efficient and good value. I had an issue with one of my wheels today and there was no big drama. They just explained the problem and the solution and will be fixing it. I have never had any reason to complain and you never get the feeling they are trying to sell you something you don't need, which I often so on the odd occasion I have used the big chain tyre places.

This family run business is the best tyre place in Hereford without a doubt. I was quoted £120 on phone for 2 TPM valves & 2 new tyre replacement on both tyres. When I got there & explained the situation again one of the great brothers straight away started reducing the price & made sure I wasn’t charged extra for work what wasn’t needed. I was then quoted only £57. Wow this proves how loyal & Honest this family business is, the reviews speak for themselves. Many garages in Hereford would’ve stuck to the first quoted without a doubt. They sell tyres folks, I've got one on each corner of my truck. Best thing is the tyres are the right ones at the right price. Oh, they also have coffee and a rest area. It's a short hop to town too whilst they look after your wheels. You always feel satisfied with the end result.
