L. N.I need it a complex job, I bought a second-hand converted van which broken down after I purchased it. My friend recommended me her garage The Tyre Centre UK in Hereford after I have been searching for solutions for 3 weeks. Muhanad and the garage look after me well from the beginning till the end. Firstly from moving my converted van from my old garage to them and than checked my broken down engine. At the end it got a complete reconditioned engine, which they have completed at the garage as a combination of new parts and second-hand parts from my old engine and the second-hand engine which they bought in. Which was much better job that my old garage could have offered me. As they wanted me to buy in the engine (second-hand or reconditioned) and they would just fit it in. Which was too complicated and could easily go wrong somewhere as me being responsible for buying the engine myself. Despite my old garage was good too. Also the van needed other jobs like tyres, sensors, oil and coolant service, front anti-roll bar, d bush, flow plugs, etc. Things got explained to me, I was given choices and test drive etc. In general communication was quick and friendly and extensive, as it was a big job. I felt looked after and cared for as customer who was in a big pickle, with no knowledge about vans and on a budget. I got given information about looking after the engine and full guarantee to the engine if I follow that. I am going there for my MOT and fingers-crossed all will be fine after driving it for 2 moths. It is all very new and I am still shaken by the whole epic journey and the final cost of it all. But it was worthy and the best option I had! From my experience I would recommend them. Thanks you all from The Tyre Centre UK Ltd, you have done a great job for me!!!
