Had a new set of tyres fitted and front wheel alignment done this morning. All done straight away by really nice, friendly and helpful mechanics. Recommend this garage to anyone, very trustworthy place who won't over-charge you. 👍🏻

Excellent on the spot fast great service. I was forced off the road to avoid a collision by an idiot driver which caused me to kerb my near side front wheel. Popped in as I had great service in the past and my tyre was replaced on the spot. Great service!!!

Reliable, efficient and trustworthy garage. Had a noise coming from my car being a fairly new driver I had no idea what the issue was, went to ETS and spoke to a man named Paul, he had a look around the car and quickly found the problem and explained to me what the issue was and why there was a noise. Advised me what needed doing and gave me a few options, I was given a very fair quote and car was fixed the following day. Drives perfectly now. Very happy, highly recommended and I will be visiting again in the future when needed. Keep up the hard work guys :)

Just been because of a sudden puncture which threw up a warning light on the dash. Guy there was so helpful , friendly and polite . Job was done immediately and it was so reasonable, not to say cheap! As an older woman, you can often feel viewed as someone who is clueless but that was far from the case. Went to get my winter tyres swapped with summer. This is normally a simple job, but every single fitter always messes up the front wheel balancing. No such issues here, the car sits very well on the road and no steering wheel wobble.

Top service at a good price. Took my car in to get the exhaust replaced. Straight on the ramp, heavily corroded exhaust but wasn't a problem for them. Think the whole process took less than 30 mins.

If I could have rated it more I would have. Talk about exceeding expectations! I had previously been to National Tyre twice, for help me fix the fact that 3 tyres we're slowly deflating. That they fitted. Luckily someone recommend ETS, so I called the one in Leicester. Had a great conversation on the phone and they had time to fit me in there and then. I spoke to Paul, who was not only a good mechanic, but also explained and demonstrated where the problem was and promptly fixed it. His customer service was fantastic and I felt my car was in trusted hands. Being a single women, sometimes needing help with car things is a bit daunting. But now they have my custom for ever more.

Had new brake discs and pads fitted here recently after I told them whenever I apply the brakes the steering wheel vibrates. They took the wheels off and had a proper look to see if not anything else before telling me brake disc was warped and needed new discs and pads. I appreciate them taking the time to at least have a look at what is causing the issue unlike some other places I've been to that don't even bother having a look and just make assumptions on what it could be. Great customer service here, recommend.
