I very nearly posted 1 star review. Upon first arrival, there isn’t a lot of warmth in terms of customer reception. But then changed my mind when before I could announce my arrival, one of the team members took my keys and registered why I was there in moments. I was forced to once again downgrade my opinion of the place when I was told that their head office had ordered the wrong tyres and therefore the job couldn’t be done today. I was disappointed as I had a 1000 mile jourey scheduled for the next day and I was told I’d have to wait a couple of days. And then finally what clinched the 5 stars was the fact that the team rallied together, located the tyres at another store, then someone drove to that store, got my tyres and fitted them. So although it took a long time, I’m very happy and pleased that the team took the time and bothered to ensure that my tyres were done. Want to say a big thank you to everyone there.

Always go here for any work that needs doing on our 2 cars. Management and staff are exceptional and always give great service at a great price. It's definitely the people that make it as I have used other national tyres over the last few years in an emergency and wouldn't rate them higher than 2 stars.

Not the best place i have used, you spend money on a straight forward job then you get charged for extra parts. To top things of i then had to take it back because the work carried out wasn't done correctly. I had to manage extra time of work so have lost even more money. The workers were friendly and nolegible, price is always a hot topic, so I will let you find out for yourself if you choose to use them.

What lovely people at this garage. After a very long day of meetings I found a nail in my tyre and needed to get it fixed before driving back to the South Coast.
