K. S.Puncture 30 miles from home in lincolnshire with my elderly parents in the car. Pulled up on side of the road and out of the blue an ATS van pulled up next to me. The guy could not of been any more polite and helpful went out of his way to stop. Changed tyre within 5 mins job was done. Thankyou Stephen Maxfield from ATS you were my hero today. Will definitely approach ATS next time for any further car issues after today.

W. N.Quick and Great service ( 4 x new tyres ). Both cars are covered by lease company but we were still treated in a professional manor. Took our name, car reg, asked where the alloy key was, gave us a time to pick car up. One hour later, the car was finished, alloy key put back where we left it. Car was parked to make getting out easier. Not the best car park but the overall service can't be faulted! Will be going back.
L. G.Took my Mercedes into ATS Lincoln after the car didn't feel right when braking. After a quick chat with the manager they said they would have a look to see what the issue was. The mechanic in the workshop offered so much advice as well and walked me around my car to show me the issues and what was being done to resolve them. After a strip and clean of my brakes, free tracking check and full inspection, the car is back to normal with no issues.
Great service, extremely helpful! I will definately be using them again in the future and will recommend to anyone.
O. G.The tyres I wanted were ready for the booked time and were fitted swiftly and competently. No problems with the TPMS sensors (not being changed). Tyre pressures bang on book figure. All done for the best price I could find. Very pleased, would recommend to anyone.

M.After being turned down by QuickFit as they didn't have any willingness to reattach an undertray dragged under our car (despite having a contract with the rental company the car is from), we were welcomed by Steve at ATS who sorted it out for us in literally 4 min 8 sec (yes we timetd the job to put QuickFit to shame). Such a helpful guy with a great attitude and excellent customer skills!! Strongly recommend the place

R. S.1st time I have used ATS in Lincoln. Booked online with a bank holiday discount and arrived a few mins early. The greeting was welcoming and the car was worked on immediately. On completion a comprehensive report was provided. When the next set of tyres is required ATS will be my initial first choice.
