I have used ATS on Aigburth Road for many years now. The lads have always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Had my MOT and some follow up work carried out this week and I received excellent service on both occasions. I think it's very good value for money too. I would highly recommend this garage.

Bought two tyres online from ats and they were fitted here. Fitter was very helpful and friendly, he even torque wrenched the week nuts rather than blast them on with an airgun, very impressed. Will go here again.

My girlfriend recommended this as a good place to sort my tyres after she had a puncture and some issues with her brakes a few weeks ago. I went in today and a young man named Ste assisted me and his service was absolutely above and beyond. I've never left a business so certain that a good job had been done and with such confidence that I would return for any all future services that they may offer. Whilst I was there, another customer came in to specifically thank him for his assistance to her earlier in the day and the level of care and courtesy that he showed her too was truly lovely. Ste is a credit to himself, his family and ATS as a business and I will recommending this branch of ATS to anyone and everyone that I know who may require their services.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Update: I have to remove 1 star because I had a vibration in my tyres when driving on the motorway abroad and had to pay 80€ for the balancing to be re-done... I hope the alignment has been done properly as I don't want to pay again for it to be re-done.

Just being to local ATS - Aigburth road. Dealt by JAY - what an asset to the branch n the company. I m being using dealers n for the 2nd car I used diff local mechanics over the 20 years. Went to get car tracking and alignment. Jay dealt and fix the issue so professionally and smoothly, I can even express in words. Absolutely great service and highly recommended to all for any car issues to tyres even. Also in the end I recall another issue , he listened and fix in few minutes rather than telling me to come back again or some other day. I was very pleased with the service. Ste to the rescue.....top service from a knowledgeable mechanic....I accidently forgot the day I'd arranged to take my car to be looked at and stupidly turned up a day late....but this was not an issue and Ste got on with it the job very quickly and I was back on the road minus the silly engine light and the problem sorted in less than hour

If you think you might have a problem, this is the place to go. I've been to a number of garages over the years and a lot of them either over charge or give a wrong diagnosis. This place is great with genuine down to earth staff. There prices and knowledge of cars out beats dealerships and Kwik fit. Would recommend to anyone with a car.

Walked in 90min before closing time on Christmas Eve, it would have been easy for them to turn me away but the guys were really helpful and accommodating and got me back on the road. Great service, would definitely recommend!

The staff were welcoming, super friendly and very helpful. Tyres changed quickly. Also, their location is perfect for accessing the prom, so you can go for a nice wander whilst your car is getiing sorted!

We were visiting from Germany with our VW Fox when a light went on. We looked it up and it turned out to be the exhaust system and possibly the lambda sensor. We were just down the road from ATS so we popped in. From the outset all the guys were totally friendly. We were told they would have to do a diagnostic on it which would cost 36,99 (pounds). So Gavin ran a diagnostic and came up with a few things that could have been causing the problem. He remedied them and the light went off. We paid only the diagnostic, which was really nice and he was brilliantly helpful, explaining everything he thought and what he though we should do. The next day the light went on again. So we went back and saw Gavin again. he checked it again and said it he was unwilling to start replacing things that would cost us a fortune for no reason, like for example the sensors which seemed to be fine and would have cost 70- 90 quid to replace (without the guarantee that they were the issue!!). He said he would start with the spark plugs and air filter, which he cleaned for us (no charge again). But, he said, you can do that yourself and I would have to charge you. So we got the plugs and the filter (he recommended a shop that was reasonably priced). To be honest the lamp didn't stay off. It went on again later so they didn't solve the problem. But we would have had to have started replacing parts to eliminate all potential culprits and that would have cost. The point being that ATS and Gavin did the very best they could. By the way...the car held out fine and got us home again. The service was great. They were friendly and tried the best they could to get us back on the road. Gavin himself was a really nice bloke, taking us into the garage to explain where he thought the problem could be. Lambda sensors are notorious for being sensitive and I have heard many stories of lights going on without reasonable cause. The trip to ATS also opened our eyes to the shoddy workmanship that our garage in Germany had done on our car...so we'll be changing that. Thanks to ATS our trip didn't turn into a nightmare, which could so easily have happened at plenty of other garages.
