H. A.Cambridge Heath Tyres deals mostly with brand new tyres, so this is a good place for anyone that needs a new tyre and within the local area. For myself, I usually go for tyres that are retreaded and done under ECE regulations - as I don't have much to spend and don't use my vehicle daily.
I've been here on two occasions. Once I had a flat and thankfully they had a retreaded tyre to replace it with; I was satisfied with the work and friendliness.
The second occasion, I needed to change a tyre that was wearing away. I asked for a retreaded tyre and was shown the quality, it looked good and so decided to get it replaced for that tyre shown. Unfortunately, as one of the retreaded tyres was being fitted onto my rim it became clear the quality was not good - as initially mentioned by the worker at Cambridge Heath Tyres. Instead, I was given the choice to fit a new tyre and was offered a discount, given being difficult times for all of us and especially for local businesses I offered to pay a little more for the tyre out of good faith.
I am happy with the new tyre I now have, but as new tyres are quite expensive for me I will have to visit a different place that offers more options for retreaded tyres. However, if you don't mind paying more for a new tyre and want the job done, you can guarantee that Cambridge Heath Tyres can do a good job of that!

V. T.Quite simply the best place in London to get tyres. Friendly, professional and excellent service. We pulled in one day with a tyre we were concerned about and Samuel reassured us it was fine when he could have just changed it and taken the business. We remembered and came back when we did need new tyres and he had them ordered and changed in no time. Fantastic service and a true master of his art!
R. H.After phoning a few local places (including Kwik Fit) who all sounded like they couldn't be bothered to help me with my puncture, I found these guys. As soon as I got through to Samuel it was a completely different experience. He was so helpful and happy to do the job for me there and then. He is very proud of the work he does and it shows as he fixed both mine and another clients tyre in less than half an hour. He also gave me a free Valve and balance which I wouldn't have been charged for elsewhere. Can't speak highly enough of the whole experience and I will be back very soon to get the other tyres done. If only every garage was as good as this! Simply perfect.

NOTICE - Any normal tyre shop would have just changed my tyre charged me an sent me on my way. This man has a passion for his work and for people, he is NOT here for the money that's for sure. M. B.Brilliant. Took car in with screw embedded in tyre. The guy took a look, told me the tyre was in good condition and could be fixed. He then fixed it in a matter of minutes, topped up the air, checked it. Cost £10. He is also very courteous and has a great clean and tidy garage. I will definitely go there again when I need to.

I. S.10 out of 10!! Got a puncture but also had another tyre that Kwik fit had previously told me needing replacing due to having 2 nails in it but wasnt losing air..
Anyway, due to this unexpected puncture I was looking for somewhere close to me where I could get it repaired or replaced.. The only place I knew off hand was Max's Garage on Well St who I called and asked if he had the tyres i needed, said he would look and return my call but im still waiting, lol.. Thought in the meantime id search for an alternative (just incase Max didnt have my tyres, not knowing he wasnt going to bother returning my call) and thankfully I did because thats how I found Cambridge Heath Tyres... Samuel (who works there) was brilliant!! Made me feel welcome and comfortable and gave me genuine and professional advice on what he thought I needed.. The tyre with the 2 nails that Kwik fit wanted me to replace, Samuel repaired without any issues and rather than persuade me to spend more than I needed to, he actually ended up saving me £55.. As a woman it can be quite daunting having to go into garages and deal with what is classed as "man stuff" but I was made to feel completely comfortable... He didnt make me feel stupid for the things I didnt know and instead gave me advice and information he thought I'd find handy to know.... Put it this way, I know where im going with any issues in the future, where Samuel goes, I go... Great customer service!!

H.My dad was at his wits end because he had a new Ford Focus and lost the nut key for the wheels and when he rang ford they was not helpful and wanted to charge a fortune I went over to Cambridge heart tyres and with the help of the Garage next door who also do a fantastic job have helped me out in the past they managed to find me a nut key also told me a much cheaper version at Halfords the number of the key at a fraction of the price I got for new tyres at a much!!! Cheaper price couldn't have done enough to help me out over the moon

B. M.Took my car here after getting a puncture adamant that I needed a whole new tyre. George - the gentleman who owns and runs the shop advised me otherwise, he clearly explained that it was unnecessary and the work required for a small fee! Much less than I expected, he didn't try to make money but have me the facts so that I could make a decision.
I later took my sister's car here for 2 new front tyres, George explained the benefits of having new tyres versus second hand and left the decision up to me - it was not about the money. (I went for the second hand ones) he is a lovely guy who is honest, direct and trustworthy. He explained what he was going to do, and did so throughout the tyre change. I am officially a customer for life and am spreading the word to all my friends and family! Thanks a lot George!
