I first came here to have my front tyres changed. My first impression was the price is very reasonable, done quickly plus the staff are all nice. Ali, especially made me feel very welcome. Being a woman, I always dread going to car places because I don’t have knowledge about cars and scared to get rip off. I took my car in for an MOT and full service for the first time here. The service was excellent. I left the car with Ali at 08:00 and the car and MOT certificate were ready for collection by 10:50! I have an old car so was concerned taking it to a new garage that they might try to tell me there were lots of things wrong with it. Ali took my number and sent me picture and video updates of the small things that needed changing (mainly new light bulbs) to pass the MOT and advised me of what they had done on the service. The price was very reasonable and as agreed prior to leaving the car with them. I went to pick the car up and it had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out as well. Very satisfied.

Usually dont write reviews but called this place a few times for my VW Sharan tyres, they pick up every time. Was told not so busy but when i arrived there were many cars and I was like, this will be a long wait but to my surprise, the staff work fast and diligently. Very honest and helpful business, genuinely out to help the customer rather than earn as much as they can. I hit a kerb and destroyed one of my tyres, then came in expecting to be told that I needed 4 new tyres or something to that effect. Instead, I met Shah who made an honest assessment and told me that I only really needed to change one tyre, even when I asked about changing both across the axle. He also recommended the most value for money tyres rather than the most expensive, then helped me stop traffic for awhile while I reversed out on to the street. I'd honestly give them 7 stars if there were an option to.

Went today. They did not try to rip me off unlike other garages. Not sure if it was because i went with my partner, but they were able to assess my tyres and recommended to only change 2 for now, whereas other places will try to sell you the entire shop! They were busy but yet changed my tyres in no time. Very professional and friendly staff! Will consider having them as my local MOT centre.
