I’ve always received a really great service with the lovely people here at Hi-Q East Ham. I’ve had multiple cars through the years, with multiple problems and they’ve always given me really great advice and helped me each and every time. They always answer the phone, and they are always welcoming and friendly. So glad this is so close to where I live. I’m a big fan of being able to leave a car there overnight (and placing my car keys in a safe box with a note explaining the issue), to wake up the next day to receive a call that the car is ready and fixed / sorted / needs more work - whatever it may be. Fair and good prices, and with the service I always receive I would 100% recommend bringing your car here!

Absolute solid place for any repairs. Had a call with the owner Amar a few days ago for advice on my brakes. Gave me honest and clear advice. As i was so impressed with the knowledge i booked straight away. Work was finished to perfection and had prompt communication to when the car was taken in and completed. I have been using HiQ for the last 4 years to service and maintain my BMW 428i, and I have been very pleased with the services I have received so far. The staff, especially Sunny and Amar, are very knowledgeable and helpful and spend time advising you in detail of the job in hand. I have had my clutch as well as my entire braking system replaced by them, and all the work has been done to an excellent standard at a very reasonable price with no complaints at all. I would certainly recommend them 100%.

Excellent first class service received. I popped in to HiQ in East Ham as I was concerned about an issue with my car as I was about to go away for a couple of days. The mechanic quickly diagnosed the issue, sorted it very promptly, and also took the time to replace one of my rear brake bulbs. I have always had great service, hence the reason I only ever go here. I was recommended by someone from eurocar parts, said visit this garage and they'll look after you. Now it's almost been 7 years I've been coming here, I have thousands of garages local but yet travel there. Service is absolutely great, good price and perfect timing. Never had to complain, happy every time. There's been cases where I thought I'd need work and was advised nothing is needed, most places would have said perfect opportunity to gain a few pounds. Building that customer rapport takes time and it's never anything less than great. Amar the manager is amazing, customer service is truly great. It has me worrying when he goes on holiday, lol. Good Service and Friendly staff. I had a slow puncture last week which eventually went flat. I just about got there a couple of minutes before closing. Though the tyre fitter was ready to go, they stayed back a little longer to ensure my tyre was changed and i wasn’t stranded. First class service and very competitive prices. Discovered that I had a puncture at 4:30pm on a Friday. Thought I would be stuck in London all night, even all weekend. Managed to pump it up and got to HiQ for just after 5pm. They were happy to fit me in and after a short wait they had removed the wheel and identified the cause. They gave me various options at differing costs and had me back on the road, getting out of London and going home by 5:30pm. Absolutely pleased with these guys . Been driving around with damage tyre as other garages in Ilford just want to do plug in for £15 . I have the kit myself and I would fix it myself ,but can't because it's a work van and plug in could be dangerous . These guys though took out my tyres and fix my tyres properly.
