Usually, I avoid Kwick Fit like a plague as I had bad experiences with them in the past but this branch made me change my mind about the chain. They replace my tyre for the agreed price. No forced sale or trying to charge any extra. People were polite and helpful. Recommended.

Really impressed with the service at Kwik Fit Chelsea! I recently moved into the area and booked a free exhaust check, as I thought there was an issue with my car exhaust. Unbelievably straight forward had never been into this Kwik Fit before but always found Kwik Fit just seemed to always have the right staff wherever I’ve been so driving on a flat tyre rolled into this branch which is in an underground car park so quite an unusual location but the service was so smooth and I wish I’d asked the name of the chap I dealt with but had the new tyre immediately fitted and me on my way in no time. All you could ask for from a tyre shop really and the price despite its location was no different to what I’d have paid anywhere else👌

A week ago I turned on my car and it had a super loud noise as if I was driving a sports car (except that my car in reality is a old A class Mercedes Benz). I was told by a friend it was most probably the exhaust and I should be prepared to spend between £150 to £250 to have it fixed (which I was prepared to pay because I was going away and desperately needed my car fixed). I took it to Kwikfit Chelsea where Garry told me to leave it with him to fix it. In the end the fix turn out to be something relatively simple and Garry did not charge me for it. My car is now running perfectly!!! I highly recommend Chelsea Kwikfit for Garry’s efficient service, honesty and great customer care.

The level of integrity at this garage is very high! I had a flat tyre and was convinced that I had to replace it, however the staff advised me that it is a puncture that can be fixed and that this would be a far cheaper option than the service I initially thought I need. The job was done in a very neat and timely manner. I have no hesitation in recommending this garage to anyone, especially to those that are not very knowledgeable about cars and vulnerable to greedy servicemen.

Solid car servicing company! I went to have 4 tyres replaced at the Kwik Fit Sloane Avenue in December 2017 (delayed review indeed) prior to a European trip in the mountains. Great range of tyre's, knowledgeable staff explained everything and more. Had x2 tyre's changed, told staff it was a pot hole that caused a bubble on the tyre wall, they double checked the rim for cracks, nice to know! Also minor tracking adjustment and general visual checks carried out. All done within my lunch break.

Fantastic service from this branch, managed to limp my car here after getting a really bad puncture. I was abit shocked when I arrived to see how tight the space is, doesn't look like you can run an efficient garage in this space but they had me on my way in 30 minutes. Good, friendly customer service that have complimentary tea/coffee facilities and also have toilets.

All went well for the tyre fitting but I also asked for a Hunter wheel alignment check and the chap said he could see even wear on the old tyres so didn’t think the car needed it. I do appreciate KF not carrying out unnecessary work but now I have to go elsewhere to get this done when it wouldn’t have taken long to get it all done at the time the car was having 4 tyres changed. What’s even more interesting is that KF offered to do the alignment check at the same time!

Difficult to find but worth the hunt- really helpful and not pushy. We had been forced to swerve and had mounted a high kerb damaging our front tyre. Disaster as Sunday in the centre of London and a long journey to complete. The colleague we saw assured us that the damage to the tyre was not affecting the structure and no new tyre was needed. Although they were busy our tracking was checked and adjusted in 10 minutes allowing us to get back on our journey back to the South West. Thanks for some great service.

I needed 2 new tyres - both rear tyres badly worn and one with a puncture. I asked if the new tyres could be swapped to the front and was told new tyres should be put on the back. Really ? A front-wheel drive car with a 2.4l diesel engine sitting over the front tyres and new tyres should be put on the rear? I don't understand that - I'd rather have more grip on the tyres that do the drive and steering and provide most of the braking. Anyway, I was told they could do it - for £10/wheel - so £40 - I declined. Good price for Eagle Asymetric 5's

Came in to replace a punctured tyre, speedy and professional service from the staff. Quick tyre change. Only downside is kwikfit prices. Paid £139 for a continental ecocontact 6 with wheel balancing/tyre disposal etc. Could’ve paid £20-30 less elsewhere from my research but I guess that’s standard
