Bailey and Dexter of both garages really did everything to help me out with my car. All very lovely staff in both garages. As a female on her own im easy target to be overcharged or conned into getting what I dont need. Bailey made sure that didn't happen on a lower arm and Dexter ran through the list to show me what and why. Felt confident and well looked after by all staff in both garages and were super helpful in making sure I got exactly the right information. I was even shown where they were looking on the car so I could see what needed to be done. If you're not car knowledgeable and need help and advice I'd strongly recommend you speak to Dexter Lower Stone Street or Bailey Loose Road.

Today I visited Lewis, Bailey and Liam after my mum making an appointment the other day to have my tracking looked at. I then asked about my tyre sensors and they said that I needed a new one fitted. So that will also been booked once the part has arrived at the workshop. Great service from them all today especially Lewis for my tracking but also to Bailey and Liam for being so friendly would highly recommend and I'll definitely be returning in the future. : ) x

Great bunch of lads always use them for my tyres, their quick and do a proper job. On this occasion Paul was just an absolute gent, I had a blow out in the morning and after explaining I had an MOT the next day and couldn't use my space saver to get through it he made sure they had the tyre I needed delivered to the branch and fitted for me the same day so I could get my MOT done. I couldn’t do the replacement that time. When I called them after 3 months they were able to book me the very next slot and for the same price quoted 3 months back. Really impressed with their service. On more than one occasion I've been in and they never charged me for some small jobs that needed doing. To me that says good customer service (take note Honda main dealers, that's how its done!). I'll definitely be using them again.

Just had four new Michelin tyres fitted, and wow what service...MARVELLOUS...just drove in they gave me a really competitive price, agreed and they did the job straight away. They guys were so knowledgeable and professional. They also did my tracking, balancing and camber adjustments on their super whizzy ramp. They explained everything on a computer and printed out a report for me with the before and after results. Along with free coffee and tea these guys couldn't have done a better job.ONE VERY HAPPY AND SAFE CUSTOMER.👍Thanks guys.👏👏👏

Everything was spot on; they fitted the tyres I had selected online with no fuss or bother and nobody tried to sell me any products or services in addition to what I had asked for (which used to be, rightly or wrongly, something I'd heard that had put me off in the past). These days that alone is a rare and wonderful thing! Their price for the two Dunlop tyres I had fitted was £124 all up, which was about 30 pence more than the very cheapest online price I could find and that cheapest price would have meant using National as the fitter, with whom I have not had good experience in the past.... and the Kwik Fit coffee was nice too!

Came in for a tyre change only to find that the locking nut key had sheared and was useless. Instead of giving up, Paul and Connor did their best to make sure that they could get the wheel off and change the tyre, and with a lot of effort and elbow grease they were successful. They could have just sent me on my way but they went above and beyond to help.
