I was nicely surprised.

I have been going to ATS for many years. Very friendly, honest and professional. Recently I bought a vw golf from a VW garage (not the newport VW garage). It had a fault immediately (tracking was out)! Took the car back to VW. VW garage said they fixed the car but the fault was still present. I took the car back to vw, who said the car was fine. Therefore I took the car to ATS, who very quickly identified that VW had not aligned the car correctly and discovered all 4 tyres, along with the breaks and discs needed replacing! So much for VW 142 point check! Therefore ATS lads at the Newport branch identified faults that VW mechanics never! Yes, I am in the process of getting a fund on the work ATS completed from VW. Well done lads, will return when need to....but hopefully not for a long time though!
