Really grateful to the guys at Autocentres for giving me a diagnosis on my car. I asked them to take a look at the car before booking it in for repair with the company I have a warranty with. Not only did Autocentres fit me in the very next day - they put the car up on the ramp and diagnosed the issue while I waited. I wasn't even charged - despite fully expecting to pay a diagnostic fee. Would thoroughly recommend this garage - they took time out of their day (and they were very busy at the time) to help me out. Thanks guys!

Amazing staff and amazing after care would recommend to anyone to use this garage. Been using them myself for 15 years and always been honest and they care for their clients. Never had a problem with any work done on any of my vehicles. 5 stars is not enough for this garage as their service is more than grade A. The guys here are so friendly and helpful always willing to try and fit me in on short notice they have even accommodated me when I've been late for an appointment. Don't know what else I could say about this garage and it's staff cause they are the best and I would never go anywhere else as I doubt you would get the service and respect and after care that you get from these anywhere else.

I have used Queens Hill for fifteen years or so and I trust them implicitly. Always helpful, always friendly and always accommodating. If they can be flexible, they will be. If I'm late and miss my slot, they'll try and work round me but hey, it's my fault in the first place. I have had issues with other garages but not here. Good prices, good service, always differentiate between what needs doing and what might need doing and when. Highly recommend them.

Very happy with the service and honesty provided by the garage this Afternoon. Needed a tyre replaced and a knocking noise on full lock from the same wheel diagnosed. Was in line for a replacement driveshaft but after the tyre had been changed, the knocking noise stopped. The team had another look at it, and had no issues with me postponing the work to see how the car drives for the next fortnight to see if the previous problem fails to reappear. Excellent honesty and great customer service

My brakes were knackered and I needed them sorted that day. I drove up first thing in the morning, was called and quoted a price (a bit high but as a drive up and same day I expected that) agreed to it, was then called and told it was done and had come in UNDER budget, how often does that happen? Don't listen to the negative comment, it was 5 years ago. They were quick, professional and well priced. I'll certainly be back!

Having a few issues with my car and it has spent most it's days here. Always patient with the car. Looked after by staff always polite and gave updates on what was happening. Always offered a cup of tea. And after a few visits it seems to be ok at the moment, hopefully won't be back but if I am I know the car is in safe hands.

Highly recommended. I use auto centres for MOTs and services for both my cars due to the quality of the service. Professional and helpful advice from a family run business. Once my car was leaking oil. I took it in and left it there for the morning. When I went to pick it up they assured me it was a simple replacement ring so there was no charge!

I used a different garage through servicestop that quoted me £495... didn't feel right, I checked out a quote from autocentres and it was half the price! I have learnt my lesson... Autocentres offer discount for NHS staff. They were helpful, good communication, fair pricing and fast work. Highly recommend. I will 100% be using them again.

I have four cars and have used this garage for two years now. I have never had a problem and indeed I have found them to be extremely helpful and honest. They have always been most accommodating and on a number of occasions John has gone way beyond what I would have expected to help me out with a short notice car repair or MOT. I actually live in the Midlands but I bring my cars down to Newport because it is rare to find a garage that one can trust these days. I do not recognise the adverse comments made by others but I can provide a whole number of horror stories from Main Dealers whose whole business practice appears to be built around inventing work that requires to be done, and using apprentices on minimum wage to carry out servicing and repairs.

Hi, I have got to say i agree with the customer below Louise Adams. The tall haired blonde hair looking guy( he looks kinda bold to me) his attitude absolutely stinks. his customer service is horrible even his phone manner is disgusting i always recognize his voice when i call in. The garage is good when you don't have to speak to him. when i call in i actually pray he doesn't answer the phone or when i drop my car i hope his not there. Customer service really plays a big part to a business so you can imagine how many customer you may be losing just because of his disgusting attitude. Despite his terrible attitude i would say the garage is really good the rest of the guys are really friendly and honest.as a women you would think garages would rip you off but they were very honest with me.But when i have a problem i really dread calling in just because of him. i would say because of him he let the garaged down. this review is not base on visiting the garage once , but over the 3+ time i have been there.
