These guys are amazing, I've taken my car to them on several occasions when I've had problems with my tyres and brakes and they are so friendly and professional. Honest staff with the highest level of customer service always. No job is ever too much trouble and they fitted my new tyres in no time, good prices, highly recommend, won't go anywhere else.

Today was no different to every other time I've been to Bathwick Tyres! The staff, especially if they recognise you or the car from previous visits, always quickly pass the time of day, even though they are usually very busy!. Their work is always impeccable, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Bathwick Tyres to anyone needing their service!

Surprised by some of the reviews, but as I work close by I've used them a few times for replacing tyres and a couple of other bits and pieces. In my experience they've always been friendly, pretty quick when I've turned up without phoning in first and when I've googled comparisons the prices have always looked pretty good.

Good helpful staff. My father thought that he needed new tyres and after a check by the staff he was told that this wasn't necessary. This proves to me that they don't sell tyres just for the sake of making money. It's what I would call an honest company.

I stumbled across Bathwick (I'm not from Newport) after having to put my spare wheel on due to a flat. I was given a very good price for a replacement new tyre and the change was done within 10 minutes from start to finish and they even checked the pressure on the other tyres for me. Very quick and polite service from everyone. Thank you so much.

The guys are always nice and helpful, the price is never the same, but it does depends what they have in stock, in general though they are fast and pleasant and you can walk in and get your problem fixed.

changed 2 front types (pirelli) fro 68 each & wheel tracking adjustment for 26, their work was ok but feel their staffs are not friendly. they are not very rude but somehow i felt they are not that friendly sort of people
