Nothing was too much trouble and he sent my on my way with a repaired tyre. He saved my day! Top marks for friendly, professional assistance!

O. J.very very good. We took a spare tire from them and didnt pay for a few weeks after as they said we could pay when we picked something else up, and we kept forgetting to go visit them! J. M.After suffering an unexpected vehicular emergency, on a Saturday of al days, Ben and his team performed admirably. They did not try and sell us anything over and above what was needed and the overall cost was very reasonable indeed. We were on our way back to Manchester in next to no time and had full confidence in the repairs carried out.
Although there are a few garages on this stretch of road we found ATS to be the most welcoming by far. We did call at another ‘national’ company on the same road but the response we reviewed was less than helpful.
Thanks again Ben and Co. and in the nicest way possible I hope we don’t need to come back to you!

When it was discovered that all four wheels were well out of alignment, Ben drew my attention to this and although I decided to have the work done, there was no pressure at all from him to have it done. D. C.On Saturday the 29/6/19 on our way back to Cambridge I got a flat tyre on my car. Just as my children and I were getting absolutely exhausted from the heat and losing hope that we would reach Cambridge that evening we arrived at the ATS Euromaster garage in Nottingham. Even though it was only 5 minutes before their closing time , the staff showed us kindness and understanding. They dealt with the problem in a very quick and efficient manner. Special thank you to Ben who quickly exchanged the tyre and set us safely back home.

J. C.I don't normally post reviews ever. Very positive experience with ATS Castle Boulevard Nottingham. Had both rear suspension springs replaced recently there. Then shortly developed a new knocking noise. They had it on the ramp for 2 hours, took it all apart and put it all back. Noise disappeared. No question of labour charge for second look, totally free (as you'd expect but certainly not a guarantee). Always very polite which goes a long way. Perhaps it should have been right the first time, but it's how they dealt with the issue that impressed me. We'll be using them again for sure.
o. f. s.Ats is a very professional, helpful and thorough organisation. They and Kwik fit are part owned by Michelin. In Tyres their prices can't be matched. Their Tyre warranty is innovation and extreme Value for money. If you buy new tyres of Top brands. I had a bad experience with ordering my Tyres last time. As they were out of Stock at Michelin therefore I went in store 2 days consecutive for nothing. I class this as a one off unforseen circumstance as they have always been good to me generally. Phone before you attend a Tyre fitting it'll save you many wasted trips. Remember two top Michelin tyres for the price of one= tyre warranty and then warranty the replacement too.
D. B.Started up my engine this morning and found the ABS brakes and power steering were not working. Popped the hood and noticed the belt which drives the pumps for the ABS and steering had come off. Took it to ATS, the bloke put the belt back on within 10 mins and didn't charge me a penny! They also replaced my tyre on the spot a few weeks ago and engineers were very helpful.
