We had knocking noise on our car so took it into HiQ to be checked. They found a possible cause but arranged for it to be checked by an MOT specialist the following day. He agreed with the original mechanic and fixed it. The service given goes above and beyond experiences we’ve had with garages in the past. Absolutely excellent garage and staff. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Another really good thing is we were pleasantly surprised it wasn’t too expensive. It certainly fixed as we had a lovely quiet ride today. Well done everyone. Thank you.

Great place, decent people, must say it made a refreshing change to deal with a company that made me feel more than just another £! Nothing was too much trouble and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Many thanks to Matt the Manager. Highly recommended!

HIQ Service team although they where very buzzy, they took time to help me today as I had a nail in my tyer. I did not have to wait long they managed to fit me in and my tyer was repaired. I would highly recommend them. if I could score them a 10 I would. Thank you so much guys.

Excellent service at the Nottingham… Excellent service at the Nottingham Nuthall Road branch. Gave advice and quote over the phone then when I took car in quickly diagnosed problem and were able to repair rather than replace at a fraction of the cost. Thanks Robert

Went for an MOT. Greeted by Matt who was so friendly and welcoming! Made me feel at ease! MOT was completed by Robert who was really professional. Ultimately my car did fail it's MOT but the guys couldn't do enough and it didn't end up costing the earth - really felt it was their intention to help me and not rip me off like others have tried to. Highly recommend these guys.

Took my car to be looked at, met straight away by pleasant staff!! The manager Matt personally dealt with me was so helpful and gave me lots of helpful advice. Car diagnosed very quickly. I would highly recommend anyone taking there car there for work to be done.

Went here on the off chance to ask them to check on my 4 wheel alignment which I had done twice in 2 days (with a different company) that was made even worse 2nd time round !!!!! And they kindly checked all track rod ends etc etc then set about redoing alignment , it was to say the least miles out but the mechanic sorted it out and explained how far out it was and it now drives like new and straight, and good price ( hence asking for a refund from other company ) so I can recommend them for sorting this for me , LB

There are still kind people in the world and the staff at Hi Q are amazing. A lady in distress with a flat tyre..... rang them up asked if they could do a home visit even if just to temp fix so I could get to their garage. And hey Presto engineer manages to get to me so I can get to the garage and the lovely Rob and Matt sorts it out for me. Service with a smile and an extremely happy customer.

These guys were great! Desperately needed some new tyres at short notice and booked these on a Sunday afternoon for a Monday afternoon slot. Price was very good. They rang me in the morning to confirm tyres would arrive around 3pm so to come in shortly after. Went in and guy asked me for my locking wheel nut... disaster! Forgot I'd lost it. The guy said don't worry, we'll see what we can do... almost and hour later of banging in the distance he comes back with a cheery smile - "I've got one side off!!". Another 40 mins later he'd managed the other, then a quick change of tyres. Only took so long due to the sheer effort involved, which was my fault. No extra charge... and then it was past closing time, they were shutting up, and he still came out for a friendly chat with me about my car and what power it made etc. Lovely chaps! And it was a comfortable wait - seating area, TV and magazines, free tea and (instant) coffee and toilets available. Will defo be back again!

Overpriced, I found the same tyres online via black circles with fitting at my home address 20 quid cheaper per tyre. 80 quid in my pocket for 4 tyres and I don't have to drive any where. you do the maths! other than that it still use these guys for odd bits like aircon regassing and 4 wheel alignment/tracking. ok I guess but they don't seem to be that friendly a smile goes a long way.. could be better.

We had been all around Nottingham on 05/05/18 on the off chance of getting an Oil & Filter change done on our car & there was no chance, until we called at HIQ Nottingham on Nuthall road. The Manager " Matt " said that if we could come back in a while, they could do it. We explained that we had an Autistic Son in our vehicle & that we lived the complete other side of town, Matt then arranged with 2nd other colleagues to rearrange some things & said that they would get me in straight away - the 2 other colleagues were Dean & Rob & we must say, that they were great & over and beyond. The team made our son feel at home & nice & relaxed ( which is difficult with his conditions ). Thank you guys, great service & extremely pleasant.

What an amazing place, was able to get booked in straight away, dealt with a lovely man called Dean, had 3 out of 4 wheels balanced because had an issue with getting the 4th off due to the dealership putting it on too tight.Would highly recommend and will be returning in the future, thanks for a great experience.
