Had issue with a binding brake caliper, on a long journey and had to find a garage. Miguel, and his team fitted me in, assessed issue, rectified it, honestly, explained matter in detail and we're very reasonable. Miguel is an experienced mechanical engineer, and auto designer and knows his stuff. Lovely people, and if I didn't live so far away, would be back...onward journey transformed, and was good to receive excellent service. Absolutely recommend them..

Simply the best in Peterborough ! I have used Brakestation for the last 5 years, having their excellent Full Service and MOT offer each year. During that time I have got to know Chris and Miguel and I can honestly say that they are the most friendly, trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable people I have ever met in the motor industry. Both service and price are excellent and above all I trust in the quality of their work and am confident that when they recommend work it really is for my benefit rather than theirs. I rarely leave reviews but these guys are worth it. This is not just a 5 star review but a 5 star review for each of the last 5 years. Keep up the good work !

I have used brake station for about five years. I think of Miguel and Chris very highly. The first time I took my car there, they showed me the damaged part, explained how it was affecting my car and how it would be repaired, and gave me the cost. They explained that had the part, but that I could get it cheaper on eBay and bring it to them, and they would fit it, to help me with costs, if time wasn't a problem. They have fitted me into their schedules at the drop of a hat in emergencies, they even sold me one of their cars when I was desperately trying to find a car to replace the one that I smashed up, for an excellent price. They look after me, as a customer and a person. They never patronise me, (as either a woman or a person who has no interest in cars or mechanics), they give me accurate and understandable information. They are honest (when I said I wanted a particular limited edition classic car they told me I didn't deserve one, given the way I look after my cars!!! True, sadly) friendly and warm. I would never go elsewhere. I absolutely love Brake Station and hope they remain in business until I'm too decrepit to drive any longer. Since they are younger than me, I have no doubt!

Rare to find a no nonsense garage who will clearly and quickly present you with just the facts. Customer service was friendly too and good communication. Ended up not getting any work done - purely some investigation and this was no problem. I didn't feel like I was being pressured into work I didn't need. Would not hesitate to take my car back when I need to.

Best service I've experienced from any garage. Went to the new Bretton garage with an air conditioning problem. First things first, I've read the reviews below, and quite frankly the negative ones must be bogus. I took my Fiesta in for MOT, failed on a couple of points, but the parts and labour were both very reasonable (lower that other local garages) and because they did the work they didn't charge for a retest. I cannot award more respect to these guys, they are all professionals who do quality work, for very reasonable prices. I'll be booking my car in here in the future, and considering I live 60 miles away, that should speak volumes.

Brakestation is the go-to garage in Peterborough. Always a top quality service great prices and super honest. I have used them many times and they have always done a brilliant job. For example a while back I thought I needed a replacement inlet manifold gasket (a common issue with my car) they did all the checks and confirmed that there was a gas leak somewhere. They gave me a good price and I thought it was all settled. An hour later they called me and told me the gasket was actually in good condition it was that there was some key bolts missing to create a tight seal. They replaced the bolts and only charged me for the labor, which was one sixth of the price of a gasket replacement. Just testament to their honesty. Seriously go with Brakestation.

Took car in for a timing belt change, service, and work on a wheel bearing. While it was in the garage, it was noticed that there was a manufacturer issue with the brake discs that Brake Station had fitted the previous year. They immediately replaced all discs and pads under the manufacturer warranty. Awesome service, particularly given that I'd not noticed the problem at all!

From the first contact by phone, Break Station suggested the best date for re-MOT not too early but leaving time for fixes if necessary. Reception in the office equally friendly and professional and luckily car passed and I got a text to confirm it was ready for pickup ! McDonalds is Just round the corner and free WiFi, coffee and hash browns make the wait enjoyable ;-) Break Station advised on replacement tyres and gave me clear advice without hustling. For that reason I will take my business to them. A business run how it should, knowledgable, friendly and efficient... don’t go anywhere else !!!

Wow. I have had problems with steering drifting to the left, on my Passat, for a while. Had the wheels tracked by other garages on numerous occasions with their Hi-Tech equipment and the problem was still there. Jordan @ Brake Station took this as a challenge and when i got the car back, the problem was gone. Drives perfectly straight and quiet now. Also a bad wheel bearing noise from the NSR was proved to be both rear tires badly out of shape, so they replacement them. The bill was cheaper than originally quoted as a result of it not being the bearing. You have yourself a new loyal customer. Great job guys....

Found this company online after my previous garage had let me down multiple times. I am very happy I did! The people are very polite and helpful. After my MOT and service (very good price i might add) they explained every advisory, fail and service note in good detail so that a non-mechanic like me could understand. Although they couldn't get my repairs done on one day which was annoying but they managed to book me in for a few days later and got the rest done then. Would recommend anyone to give them a go.

I had the brake discs and pads replaced on my vehicle. Brake station stuck to the agreement and called me with pricing and a discussion around what they found prior to commencing with the work. They also finished the work by the agreed time. The front line staff member offered advice on how to best bed the new components in to get the best out of them.
