I would like to thank Mr. Jamal, he was extremely helpful from the very beginning since I entered through the door.gave us time, explained, listened to out needs, did not get annoyed with stupid questions that I asked. Been honest with opinions, did not push us like others. Secondly, Mr. Chris was the best person to have as my sales manager. He has crunched the number 6 times, gave me quotes for 3 different cars and let me test drive them. I would say I was served by the best team and would highly recommend my friends and colleagues to come to Steven Eagell Peterborough and ask for Jamaal and Chris. They will give you a great experience And I am happy for my new Yaris cross!!

Simply amazing customer service from Sara, everything from booking the appointment, to the appointment itself was so easy. She made us feel extremely comfortable and worked really hard to find something to suit our budget. Having had a bad experience with a different dealership earlier in the day I was worried we would not be able to find what we needed, however this was never an issue for Sara and she spent over 3 hours working with our needs to find us our perfect car. We had a very nice lady in sale's at Peterborough branch called Sarah she bent over backwards to get our corolla for us by June as our old car's mot ran out then so on the 27 May we collected our new car and I can't praise her enough we was supposed to get a questionnaire from Toyota but they never sent one so I'm posting this instead I hope head office reads this as I would recommend them for a new or used car if required it was a wonderful experience I would give them 10 out of 10 for what they did for us as for the car I'd give it 10 out of 10 as well still getting used to it but what a car first new one we have had I was told year's ago that you can't go wrong with a Toyota so I'm glad we have one now

Amazing customer service. I got in touch with Steven Eagell Peterborough last week and, within 5 days, I've had an amazing car delivered to me exactly when, how and where I wanted it. The distance buying process did not feel difficult or complicated at all. Sales staff appear to be very genuine. However I "hate" their forcible sales practices, as an existing customer I expected better & I see Toyota as a luxury brand (especially when buying a new car) but on last Saturday visit apart from receiving a nice cup of tea their was no luxury feeling to the way I was treated. We went in to exchange our CH-R for the new hybrid yaris. Chris went through all the hybrids to make sure we was sure on what we wanted. He even checked how much servicing would cost on the models with that being my biggest gripe on how much they cost in a dealership. Was offered a service plan on pay monthly which is more affordable than one off payments which we are more than happy with. We left very happy with purchasing a new car .. I must say Chris was very nice and pleasant and gave us all the information we needed without rushing us, took time to make sure I understood. Today had voice message to give us a update on our new car which we want as some dealerships you don't hear anything for weeks..... A month on... having issues with the swap over as Toyota finance missed something!!! So had 2 payments come out...one for old car and the new... not as happy now as we was. See if gets resolved soon

Mitch was an excellent and very thorough sales person to deal with. He answered all my questions and was quick to find out anything I didn't know. There were a few issues surrounding the purchase of the vehicle but it was eventually resolved by the staff there, however it required multiple return visits to correct aspects of the sale which was quite inconvenient, although not the fault of the sales team on site.

Couldn't be happier about my experience with buying my new car from here. I had bought a car just over a year ago, but as there was an event for a good deal, while in the area I decided I could at least enquire about it. Instead, I ended up with an even newer car. What an experience...OMG...My wife and I went to drop our Rav4 for servicing at the Peterborough branch and had an appointment with Sofia to discuss options about the new launched Rav4 just to check out the price and if that was a possibility for us to change to the new Rav4 in the future. From the moment we went in the receptionist made us feel welcomed and offered us some drinks and made us sit down in a cubicle and not long after was joined by sofia. We were made to feel so important and valued as a customer and to be very honest we were just killing time waiting for our car to finish the service. But Sofia took it to a whole level and made impossible possible, believe it or not, by the end of the day we walked away with a brand new RAV4 19 plate...i mean what on earth is going on...we just went there for a car service...lol.... Sofia and her manager were so very understanding and they both worked around us to suit our budget and was not intimidated nor pushed to make a decision but were given the time we needed to work out our budget and see what made us comfortable for the payment plan. We felt Sofia approach was so professional, so understanding and on a personal level even giving wise advice to us... we felt that she fought for us to get a good deal and that was rewarded as we got the car we wanted at a decent budget and payment plan....the showroom manager was equally helpful and even if it took us the whole day and sofia made sure that we leave there happy and satisfied with our purchase..That girl comes from a different world, nothing at all seems too much for her and she went the extra mile to make sure we got what we wanted and kept asking us if we were happy and satisfied and when we said that we were thats was an achievement for her... Recently visited Steven Eagell ,Peterborough to have my RAV 4 serviced and came away having bought a new Yaris Excel hybrid . Sofia from the sales dept was particularly helpful and is a credit to Steven Eagell. Nothing was too much trouble and she allowed me to take the demonstrator home for lunch whilst the RAV was being serviced . It was reassuring to find that the sales manager is the same person that sold me my RAV two years ago unlike some showrooms where staff never seem to stay. Bought a used Aygo a year ago. Paid full book price £7000.. No spare key. Paint chips not addressed.. Worn brake pads not replaced. One tyre was below 2mm tread. They said would replace it but just painted tyre to fool me. They also do the usual trick when negotiating part exchanges of going up to the managers office, up and down the stairs they go. Quite comical. Servicing is expensive when all they practically do is replace oil and filters. They even charge extra for things like topping up the windscreen washer bottle ! They fail to tell you all services items before hand don't include VAT. Service for little Aygo? Over £300 in the end. Busy place though cashing in on Toyota's perceived reputation of good cars. I do like the Aygo.
