These boys in the garage saved my day, after travellin from south wales, the cars brakes started rubbing then by the time i got to southampton they were grinding. This was bad news as I had made the trip to take my daughter to peppa pig world for her 2nd birthday and i could not drive the car in the condition it was in. I tried all morning early hours to find a mechanic but every garage was fully booked, I went to this garage when it opened an the boys had a look to see the problem and got me booked in and sorted the car the same day. The price was really fair and all staff are really helpful and friendly. I left the car there in the morning, had an uber to peppa pig world, enjoyed the day an made it back just before closing time to pick up the keys. I had visions of my daughter crying for her 2nd birthday but thanks to these lads shes managed to love the whole day. Thanks boys!

I had a blowout on the motorway and after hobbling to NT&A they replaced the tyre immediately, and advised that other tyres were at risk and explained why and replaced those as well. I felt really safe with these guys and would happy use them again.

Helpful and knowledgeable manager on my visit. Love the ability to split my bill over 4 months. Book my appointment and tyre choice online. They just need more choice of manufacturers with sizes to suit your car. 3 makes are not a big enough choice sorry.

Popped in today (Sunday) with my steering wheel not straight after wheel alignment was done. Taylor took the car and said it will be up to an hour, 35 mins later I got a call saying car was all done. Taylor explained what he had done to correct steering.i recommend using National Tyres and I certainly will go back if I ever need to.

Really impressed with the customer service. Had a bad service with another company, and went to National Tyre centre for a second opinion, as i had previously used them to get 3 new tyres, and was impressed then. The manger was very thorough and talked me though what work was/wasn't required from the service and the functions of the parts required. He really seemed to care. he checked the car over for me without me having to ask. When booking in to get the work done he took my working considerations into account, as i do not work in the area and said i could bring the car down before they opened so i could get to work on time. Very friendly, professional and efficient.

Friendly and efficient. I booked & paid on-line (which was fine). Tyre replacement was done within the booked timeslot. Care was taken to be sure which tyres needed to be replaced. The person at reception desk was friendly and even willing to chat in between business (e.g. phone calls), while we waited. There was no issue with me standing watching the work - although straightforward, it was done with care and efficiently.

Had a slow leak on a tyre so thought I'd pop in as I was passing by explained the problem and fully expected to have to buy a new tyre. Instead they did an investigation, found the issue, made a quick replacement and reinflated the tyre. Didn't charge me a penny. SUPERB service. Will be using and recommending to anyone.

Fast, friendly and efficient. I needed a new tyre in a hurry on a Sunday afternoon and National Tyres at Totton were able to save the day without breaking the bank.

All good till I had the bad inspiration to ask for an extra service. I bought over the mobile site two tyre replacements. Budget ones, £50 per piece. Usually I'm replacing the back ones with the front part worn and I put the new tyres in the front to give them a life of 25.000 miles in total. Usually, the guys where I'm doing this don't have any issue with that. Today the guy in Totton said that I have to pay extra "something like" £15 for this service. Which I refused. That was something that could be done in something like 5 mins of labour, inside the 45 mins window for replacing two tyres. So I reconsidered even my disponibility to pay for a front wheels alignment. More spare time for the guys...

Amazing Service at National Tyres Totton today. Had a chat with Simon on Thursday needing three new tyres on my lease car. He was professional and honest through the whole process. Called me the next day to advise the tyres had come in and to pop down. Took 1hr to change three tyres when other companies can normally take hours for just one tyre. Will be back top garage.

Could not have been more helpful. Had bad trailer wheel/tyre experience on 7 hour journey from Cheshire to Poole using up two spare wheels causing me to miss ferry to Guernsey. There was not another ferry for two days so had to stay locally. In meantime, to ensure I had a working spare, called in to get good tyre on damaged rim put on good rim with shredded tyre. They responded immediately and fixed me up in minutes. Fantastic service with a smile. If the company was local to me I would not hesitate in using them. Many thanks.
