Had tyres in stock that other places said they would have to order in. The tyres were fitted in double quick time 👍 The price was good but I was quoted excluding VAT over the phone so when I got my final bill I was a bit disappointed hence my 4 star rating.

Had the tyre I needed and replaced the one with a nail in it quickly. Little bit of a wait but turned up unannounced and was on my way in 25 minutes.

Fixed a problem that I have been having for months and thought was going to cost me an arm and a leg. It didn't and my car is now fixed. The staff were great and friendly and spotted a problem that 4 other garages haven't been able to. I can't explain how happy I am to have my car back to normal. I have been using this garage for 20 years and never had any problems. ALL The staff are very polite, knowledgeable friendly and responsive to any requirements. The garage was taken over and re-named from "north staffs tyre and battery " to it's current name of "Mr Tyre" But it's still the same friendly staff. I must state that they are not the cheapest or dearest of garages and would class there prices mid range but I don't mind paying that extra for the quality of service. Thank you Alan and the team. kind regards ben with the black cocker spaniel dog.

We have 3 cars at our address and we all use Mr tyre for tyres, repairs, service and mot . Very helpful, honest and friendly staff that show and explain the work that needs doing. I recently went with a tyre that was losing pressure every 2 weeks and on inspection a nail was found stuck in the tyre. The mechanic showed me the damage in the tyre and said he could repair it instead of buying a new one which saved me around £50. I would highly recommend this garage.

Went in for a tyre that was mishaped. Opted for the budget tyre. Come to pay and it was 10 pound more than quoted. Thinking I had misheard originally I didn't argue. then when I checked the receipt found out I was charged for the midrange but definately the budget tyre was fitted. Staff very good at there job though and a quick turnaround
