Nice chaps, keen to deliver a great service. Giving the best price for the tyres and was only there briefly. Very easy to get to, and plenty of parking. There is a little lobby area to wait if its raining. Nice to be able to see the guys actually working on your car as it is completely open. Would recommend people to use these guys. Nicely done.

Booked online and chose 4 x mid range tyres for my sons car. The fitting centre at Talke rang me when the tyres came into stock. We agreed a drop off time and agreed to leave the car with them as they were very busy as the tyres were being fitted on a Sat morning. The team were all there when we dropped the car off at 8:25am and were very cheery and friendly. They promised to work on the car as early as possible. An hour later we got a call from a technician giving us feedback on the condition of the entire braking system. He also told us about there other findings on the suspension and exhaust system. At 10:30am they called to say the work was complete and so we went back to collect the car at 10:45am. The manager was very polite when we paid and advised us to get the wheel nut tightness checked after approx. 50 miles. He even offered to do it for us for free if we popped the car in to them. Overall - great value tyres & fitting service. Professional, friendly and polite staff. Would highly recommend Selecta to anyone.

Bought 2 tyres and phoned them up to see if they could fit them for me, no problem at all, I went up, drove straight in and the lads changed my tyres and balanced them up and checked my tracking as well, all in the service for fitting tyres, excellent service which is becoming a rare thing these days, 10/10

I used these awhile back and was absolutely horrified. However I was recently recommended to use these again by a friend who told me they were under new management. The difference in this place now is incredible, the attitude and customer service is fantastic, nothing was too much for these gents and they did everything they possibly could to assist me. My friend told me to ask for keiran the manager, he is such a polite, well mannered young chap he couldn’t do enough for me, he also seemed to really know his stuff, he explained everything to me In full detail which really helped me understand. I would highly recommend these to anybody! And the cleanliness of the garage is outstanding, I have never seen a garage so clean and tidy. Fantastic service and can’t believe the difference. Well done chaps! I will definitely be returning in the future.

Called in with a flat tyre, with only 2 men working I was told it would be about 45mins that turned into 1-30 hour for 1 tyre replacement and tracking, I was kept upto date with all work carried out, I could see they were working none stop.. although it was a long wait I was very satisfied with the work they did and the price for a replacement tyre and tracking, if more workers were there I felt I wouldn't have had to wait as long as I did..

Brilliant place, brilliant service. I had a free tyre and brake check - and the tyre pressures checked and adjusted! It's really good to know that all is well with your car at the beginning of winter. I will be returning, can't recommend these people enough.

Despite there being certain restrictions in place due to the coronavirus I still got a very good service. The two tyres I had booked online, the Talke depot phoned to say they weren't able to get them in the time frame I was booked in for but did offer a suitable set for when I arrived. I waited 5 minutes before they took my motor inside for two new tyres, balancing and front wheel alignment which cost me £30 for the wheel alignment but worked out cheaper on the invoice. I've given Selecta tyres a 4 star rating purely for lack of prices on the website that I could see for wheel alignments other than it's free to check. Would I use them again? I'll have a set of rear tyres and a spare in about a months time.

They are pretty good to be fair. Find your tyres online and they will price match. Tracking is overpriced, particularly if they adjust front and rear wheels. £60 not bad for 15 minutes work.

Tyres on the website weren’t in stock, Glynn ordered some in that I’d seen online for a very good price. Took about an hour to fit four tyres, check tracking and then re-align and also pointed out an mot failure that needed sorting which I’ve booked in for the same price as I could get the part for myself online. Can’t fault the service or price, will be using these guys in the future and would recommend to anyone.

The suspension (shock absorbers) broke on my car . The same mornin I called and spoke to Glen they had my car in and the part ordered within an hr . 2 hrs later it was done at the exact price quoted and 80 pounds cheaper than a previous quote from another garage that morning ! Yesterday the exhaust on my Honda fell off, lads at Selecta Tyres Talke sorted me out no problem, other companies were telling me it would be a few days to get hold of an exhaust as they didn't carry it in stock and I would probably need a catalytic converter to yet at Selecta, they got hold of one for me the same day and fitted it, also the catalytic converter was fine and didn't need one, So many thanks to Glenn, he got me back on the road the same working day,Highly Recommended.
