Having dropped into a different large chain tyre, and servicing company for some info regarding the condition of my tyres only to be told bluntly "no, we are busy". ATS was the second place I looked to for advice. I was given fair, and honest advice, from a friendly & cheerful member of the team. Had my VW beetle towed in today and they sourced and temporarily fixed the problem (needs a special part that wasn't immediately available) with a friendly attitude and great speed.

The waiting room was very clean, warm and comfortable...Everthing was marked out appropriately and the posters and signs were clearly visible to make sure everyone followed the rules... sanatising stations were also avaliable for customers ... The staff were very courteous and extremely helpful.. Excellent job on my car.. Highly recommended.. I will definatly be using this garage again

Friendly staff, booked to have to 2Michelin pilot sport 4 tyres done through blackcircles. Job was done In the agreed timeframe, advised me that I may need a nearside rear tyre in the near future. In and out service, would recommend.

Took my car here for a service and MOT. As a new driver, I had no idea where to take my car for its MOT but after checking the service history, saw the previous owner had used ATS, albeit a different branch. Found the whole process straightforward and stress free. The price was very reasonable, the guys were polite and easy to deal with, and my car was ready to collect in just a little over two hours. The Morfa retail park is a short walk or bus ride away, with bus stops located right outside, so you can kill time with a bit of shopping or a coffee whilst waiting for your car to be ready.

I called in to have 3 tyres replaced after not being happy from service of other garages. I was ready for the "ooh, you are going to need new breaks" scam that many garages do, I didn't get that. They had a quick check of my tyres that I knew needed replacing, in fact one of them they said had a bit more life. The price was better than I thought. The biggest thing for me was I asked how long it would take and it was done in half the time. I've been let down so many times by this, and that's why I'll be going back.

Twice used Groupon deal s at this ats garage. They have never tried to sell extras, just polite and good service. I have also used the garage for tyre changes and found prices to very competitive even without booking work in. After a continuing problem with a previous car where a tyre kept losing pressure it was this garage that identified the problem after being to a couple of other places.

These guys were Super helpful and went above and beyond what I had hoped for!! Not only did they fix my dangerous handbrake (That FRF Vauxhall said they couldn't do!) and showed me the correct way to apply it on the steep hill I park on!! But they saved me hundreds of pounds on repairs advised by Vauxhall , on my suspension, that DID NOT need doing?? 🤔 Will definitely use again and highly recommend them to others! Many thanks again.. Overall experience improved over the time I was there thankfully. The "not my problem" line wore a bit thin to begin with although belive the chap was having a bad day, week, month, year....Life. The highlight was being asked how much refrigerant gas my car took. I fount it A very odd question given I'm not trying to sell it to ATS but they are trying to sell it to me. When I took the initiative to look on the internet to prevent the poor chap having a meltdown I was told you shouldn't trust Google, and that the info I found for him was wrong! There was also the fact the computer system wouldn't register my vehicle REG and the whole import not import issue and the fact he was doubting if there was actually AC fitted to the vehicle too. Sure there were some more points but I'm pretty sure you get the picture im painting. Was cheap enough thought as managed to get a discount through Groupon, and I now have working AC, every cloud ehy. Won't be rushing back any time soon and certainly won't be reccomending anyone to go there for fear of the chap having a meltdown.

Main brand tyres quite resonably priced. The ONLY place I have been to that can balance tyres accurately enough for me. Service is very slow and they aren't the most cheerful bunch bu they do a good job!

Professional service by knowledgeable staff, learnt a big lesson today, dont use back street garages for tyres / wheel tightening! Looking at a £500 bill due to stripped wheel nuts (overtightened with air gun) now need new wheel hubs / bearings!
