Fitted new Pirelli front tyre after blow out on motorway. They could see I was stressed and offered me a coffee and a comfortable sofa. Tyre replacement done in under half hour! Amazing service from both Guys on counter.. Just listening in on their busy day, it was a joy to see them treat EVERY customer with respect. Just wanted you to know.. Real class Team Protyre. Had to swap my tyres and alloys over, Tom Barnett did this in a really efficient and friendly manner, swapped them over, had a quick once over the brakes and under the vehicle and even got me a drink. So I've had a tapping and knocking noise coming from drivers side front wheel area for few months. Took to a garage who drove car agreed to noise but said nothing to worry about. We'll few months on and could still hear so decide to take to Bells as I was passing. They drove car got on ramp and started investigating. Called me over and pointed out the problem and said how serious and dangerous it was. OMG!!! The lower ball joint was broken and lethal. I have been so lucky not to of encountered what could of ended in disaster as been driving on motorway and had few long drives since. My heart sank and I was mortified. Chris and Craig have been more than helpful and I'm so grateful for them for taking the time to investigate properly and find the problem straight away. I highly appreciate your help and recommend this garage for the help and advice you have provided.

Very professional and lovely staff. I had been there a number of years before and was put off by the smarmy attitude of one of the members of staff in the reception area. Fortunately, this individual is no longer there and what is left are some really jolly, entertaining yet professional staff that made me feel incredibly welcomed. Their price to complete a more extensive wheel alignment beat the nearest garage price by £20 (and they only quoted me for half the work) Very satisfied -and will return there for any other work in the future.

The Service was very good especially from the lady who works on the front desk who was every helpful throughout my experience there will waiting for my car to have an MOT. Even though my car had failed on a minor part I had felt the part was quite expensive for a Drop link, however it was ordered, delivered and fitted within 45 minutes and my car was ready to go. Over all I felt they acted most professionally throughout.

En-route back to home from Cornwall my exhaust started to drop off just past Bristol and Bells were the place we ended up finding and driving in on the off chance they could help - a busy Friday afternoon. What an incredible experience! The team were caring, interested in getting us back on the road ASAP, and quickly found the fault and repaired it. Whilst doing so they put us at ease and came across as genuine caring people. We were back out within 45 mins and for very little cost as they fixed just the minimum I needed rather than use the opportunity to sell me more exhaust than I needed. Truly an exceptional team who really cared about our situation and did everything to sort it. Thanks team, would definitely recommend you!

I can never fault these guys. Several cars and in region of 12 years coming to them. Now live in Shropshire but still insist on work and MOT done here. Top notch, thoroughly recommended. This year they have Kate on reception who is efficient and professional as well as being super helpful and pleasant to talk to! Not that the workshops guys were ever anything but of course!

Needed the middle part of my exhaust replaced on my 1999 Corsa - ATS quoted me £80, Bells quoted £60 and adjusted the rear exhaust so it would not knock on the rear axle (a common problem). 2 problems fixed for 3/4 of the price of a national company in less than 20 mins and I didn't even book!
