Came into Truro ATS for tyres, very friendly, and helpful member of staff called Shawn. As it said on paperwork was the tech that done the job. keep it up guys!

Excellent. Ordered tyres online and had a phone call saying my tyres weren't in stock but that I would be supplied with more expensive tyres at no extra cost. On the day greeted by a very friendly helpful Mark, who looked after my car from start to finish. The additional service and freebies were abundant. Tyre alignment and free nitrogen inflation and topped up the washer bottle which was full anyway but still! Overall a rare and enjoyable experience from a garage. Will definitely use again.

Really great service from ATS in Truro. Called on Monday morning and the car was all fixed by the end of the day with staff (Ryan) explaining and showing me what the fault was. 10/10 for customer service, also got a discount with their "Heros club" as I work for the NHS.

Brilliant service from Ryan and his lovely colleague (I think his name was Lee?) when I needed a new tyre last week. I rang first thing in the morning and they managed to squeeze me in a few hours later for a shiny new tyre and my tracking sorted. Super helpful and did an excellent job, checked all my other tyres and did the pressures on them all for free too. Highly recommend!

I don't think our surprise stop could have gone any smoother. They took a look over our flat, estimated the time it would take, and our car rolled out just as we returned. Everyone was friendly, paperwork for the rental was simple as well. What could have been a slog of a way to start the morning, turned into a positive!

Brilliant service- Brake warning light on so took to garage but there was a problem with a rear break assembly and it needed to be soaked in oil overnight Ryan let me stay on the forecourt overnight ( camper van) and he tried again in the morning this time with success Very professional service with great communication throughout- cannot recommend highly enough!

Amazing service! Went in to replace one tyre, and for NO EXTRA CHARGE they did tyre pressure on all 4 wheels, oil check & top up, windscreen wash refill, and engine coolant. Super nice and helpful, I couldn’t have asked for a better service! Thanks guys 👏🏼

Pre booked a comprehensive service, enquired regarding the price as it says from.. given a rough price which was cheaper when I went to collect always a bonus! I mentioned a concern that potentially front brakes needed replacing this wasn't the case (even better gone have the days garages rip you off!) offered a price on new tyres as I already knew they were getting close. The chaps were great & Mark kept me informed when the vehicle was ready & fully knowledgeable which gives confidence!

Please pass on a big shout out to Ryan & the guys at Truro ATS. I took my BMW M4 in for a 4 wheel alignment. There were issues getting the rear aligned. Ryan spent his time and experience investigating the issue, measuring the eccentric bolts with callipers to try and figure out exactly why there wasn't enough adjustment on the rear to get it within spec; other places would have just said it cant be done any better and thrown me the keys back. Ryan went above and beyond isolating the issue (eccentric washer worn by 1mm thereby not giving enough throw) and subsequently fixing it when I returned with his suggested new eccentric bolt and washer. He then aligned the problem side within 10 minutes and, as importantly, torqued the suspension parts to the correct values. A great bunch of guys, taking care in their work. Highly recommended

Very quick when I blew a tyre , friendly chap doing the work , but he seemed to be the only mechanic there . Ats , get more staff to help this poor man out !
