G. C.This is going to sound like a strange review, but hear me out: I took my 25 year old car here after it started misfiring. The mechanics had a look and found some small improvements but were very honest to say that there was a specialist garage for my car down the road and that they'd recommend him for the best fix. Even so, they found a quick fix to improve the situation and wouldn't accept any payment for the time they had put in (quick turnaround). I really appreciated their local knowledge and suggestion, and ultimately they gave me the right solution to my problem! Thank you!

B. 2.Excellent service from all the staff members, very helpful and friendly. I expected to have to book in but they were able to do the work there and then, and I had the car back in about an hour.
Two new front tyres and tracking adjustment was very reasonably priced. The car feels lovely to drive again.

P. D.Booked in on line to have a car battery fitted only to be told I'd have to wait upto an hour as the job was booked in between 10 & 11. The e mail didnt say that at all & I waited over 20 mins. This is fine if I'd just popped in on the off chance but I had other appointments that day which is why I booked in!

q.Went in for 2 replacement tyres, fitted me within half an hour, not complaints there, staff where friendly and fast.
I also had a problem with my suspension and was told that they could fix it for £400-£500!
I thought this wasn't too badly priced until i went to my local independent garage a few days later. I got my suspension fixed and 2 smaller jobs done for £270 at my local garage! £270!! That's including labour and VAT. £230 less than what was quoted at national!
I will definitely be sticking to local businesses now and not overpriced chains!
S. R.Booked online for the fitting of 4 new tyres at the Tregolls Rd, Truro Branch earlier this week. I was able to select the time slot and date for fitting and paid online. On arrival at the service desk, they were ready for my arrival, had full details of the job and tyres I had ordered. The waiting area was clean and quiet. 45 mins later all tyres were fitted and I was very happy with the completed job. Service was top notch, staff were polite and helpful.
I have had no issues with the tyres having already covered 500 miles.
The car was left clean, limited tyre soap on the rim and I noticed that plastic seat covers were fitted during the movement of my car on and off the ramp lift.
Couldn't fault any aspect of the service and would recommend anyone to use this branch. All in all a top notch service at Truro Branch National Tyres. Cheers guys.

I'm not the most car savvy, total understatement, so I wasn't loving the thought of going to the garage and trying to form words into a car sentence in prep of getting laughed at but the guys @ Truro were insanely friendly, put me at ease, very tolerant of my ineptitude and helped me sort out what I wanted and get it done. Super personable, amazing customer service, amazing job and work and splattering of teaching me what had actually gone on and wrong on the car.
Price was beyond fair. Highly recommend in every aspect.

C. C.First Class Service- Thank you. I went into National Tyres, Truro yesterday as I had a "knocking" underneath my car. Within moments my car was on the ramp and I was shown what was wrong. I was then given a quote for the work and I booked the car in for the next day. I have just fetched my car back, the work has been completed and the "knocking" has gone. What else can I say. I paid the price quoted, no hidden extras and even received a call when the work had been done. The invoice gives a break down of all of the costs, who did the work and who then checked the work afterwards. Thanks Josh, Dean, Robert and anyone else involved.
