Great friendly and proffesional service. Did a great job with no drama. All work carried out as required. Only issue was that when we got home our Nissan alloy dust caps had been changed for plain plastic ones.

Great place went for wheel alignment paid online before I went, they noticed my shocker had gone, Jay really good and kept it on the system for me. I went away got the shocker fixed, took it back to them and they did my wheel alignment. Excellent customer service

Good price for the tyres I wanted but the facility is dirty, cigarette butts every where outside and no waiting facilities. Good price poor customer experience. If I can use a waiting room at the dentist, why not here ?

I am a key worker. I have worked through the pandemic and all through lock down. After asking 5 places, including Kwik fit and getting looked at as if I was stupid and asked the impossible, I was seen here. The lads were great. They quickly fixed what was the problem tyre. Would tell anybody who listens to go to them. And was only 30 mins late for work. 😁

They managed to fit me in same day and went the extra mile in taking photos of issues as I was no physically able to walk to view the issues in person. However they show everyone any issues found and explain what the issue is and what options you have. Very helpful customer service and all mechanics were friendly. Great job guys.

Didn't look open at 1st, went to kwikfit awful customer service so drove round the back noticed doors open to National good customer service not long to wait k. Fit was 3hrs! You need to put open signs on the front guys your missing out from the main rd😮

I went here today, as I was concerned about one of my tyres. They checked all tyres for me, redid the pressure in all tyres. I was very pleased and the guys that work there are fabulous. Going into a car place is a concern for a female, as you feel sometimes you can be mislead. Not here they were fabulous, I would highly reccomend them. I will certainly go back when I need to. Many thanks to all who work there, great customer service.

I am a regular customer of National Tyres and have always found the staff pleasant and efficient ! My most recent visit was due to a complex brake problem on my car ! Again I was very impressed with the staff and in particular Chris Crawford and Daniel Armstrong who both went that extra mile in patiently researching and identifying the brake problem for me and rectifying it even though it was outside their normal opening hours thus saving me the hassle and expense of visiting the main dealer ! Chris and Dan are a credit to the company , a big thanks to you both lads !! 😀

I always use National Tyres, they are price competitive as well as professional, and efficient at what they do. Chris the Manager comes in for a special thank you from me for looking after my Audi Allroad, not only with my tyres but mechanical items as well. On the occasions when I visit I always take half a dozen plus, packets of biscuits for all the staff, just as a small thank you, after all "a cup of tea is too wet without a biscuit".

Used National a few times over the years. Always had excellent customer service and top quality work. Can't fault them 10/10

Straight forward and simple tyre change. Paid to change two front tyres. But day before I realised I had a slow leak to the rear tyre, where they assessed it and repaired it for small charge. Also I enquired about my brake discs that over due for a change, and to be frank I knew it was going to expensive, but they did the job on the same day too. Sure many companies try to up sell you stuff, and other companies will say that they will be cheaper. I was assured that the parts that were fitted were legitimate; where nowadays it is hard to find these online unless you are a mechanic. I was even attempted to change the brake disc myself but I value my safety and others safety for the job to be done correctly by a mechanic.
