Friendly guys and great service. Daughter took her car in with a slow puncture. Pulled up and was seen straight away. Turned out to be a slightly bent rim which was letting air out. Guy managed to knock it back into shape and only charge £15, no hard sell of needing a new tyre - so all in all would highly recommend!

The team always offer honest advice and will tell you if your tyres have some life left in them or if they can be repaired (e g. A puncture to an otherwise good condition tyre). When it is time to change a tyre/s the team will offer different options and fit your chosen tyres efficiently whilst you wait.

First time using today. A surprise flat tyre greeted me this morning, rang tyre brigade to check tyre in stock before I went, ask them about where to go as not used before, very helpful on the phone. When arrived sat in the queue and wasn’t long until a guy came and look at the tyre and said “we will get you in, in just a mo”. Pulled up had a look gave me a choice of tyres changed and off I went. Great service, friendly staff will defo use again, well not that I want another flat tyre but you get what I mean. 👍🏻

This is the first time I have used Tyre Brigade and I'm not sure if I will use again. Tyres were a fair price but having to figure out a queuing system on the road because the entrance is full up isn't ideal. But the thing I really wasn't expecting was that the tyres which were fitted weren't fully inflated. Within half an hour of the new tyres being fitted, my car was alerting me that the tyre pressure was too low. I had to get to a garage for air as soon as possible and found that the tyres which were fitted were both at least 10psi lower than recommended. Really not very satisfactory.

Choose your time as you turn up and queue around the back of the shop Having days that they are well staffed, polite and efficient and normally work on 3 to 4 cars at once. They offer puncture repair, part worn and budget and premium tyres. Choice is limited unless you book in advance and prices sometimes vary from website?Not withstanding I'm still a regular customer.

Went to Watford Tyre Brigade with a tyre that refused to stay inflated. Rocked up, sat in the car whilst the chap took the tyre off. He disappeared with it, no conversation about it with me. I sit in the car for 10 minutes or so. He returns with a tyre, puts it on and asks how I want to pay. That is the extent of our conversation. It's not until I pay that I'll find out if it's a new tyre or a repair job. £15. So it's obviously a repair only. They could have fleeced me for a new tyre but they didn't. £15 to have the tyre taken off, repaired, and put back on - in freezing weather. Superb service. I recommend Watford Tyre Brigade without hesitation.

These guys are fantastic. I rang them on Monday morning telling them I had a potential tyre puncture, as I seemed to have a flat tyre. I stated that I didn't think there was a major problem, as I couldn't see any cuts etc anywhere on the tyre. Paul quoted me a tyre price over the phone, which was £178, fully fitted. The cheapest I'd found anywhere on the internet was £210. So immediately tyre brigade, were the cheapest. However Paul suggested to bring the car in, so that they could take a look at the tyre to see if they could repair the tyre. I came in, they did a thorough check and concluded that there was nothing wrong with the tyre. I asked how much I would owe them, for them looking at the tyre. They said nothing, as they hadn't done anything. I was impressed. I know I'll definitely be coming back here for my tyres in the future. This is how customer service should be, build a relationship and trust that the customer will return. They can be sure, I'll recommend them to anyone who needs a tyre change and I'll be back in the future. Well done Tyre Brigade, on EXCELLENT customer service. Thanks!

I don't leave a lot of reviews however it would be wrong for me not to for Tyre Brigade as they are so great at what they do. I have been using them for six years now and i have made good friends with the guys here as they are so customer focused. I have had both Lewis and Luke work on my car over the years and recently had the pleasure of having Luke help me with a tyre. I was very specific in regards to wanting a part worn Continental Sport as due to payday restrictions could only afford a part worn. They sourced a near new tyre i couldn't tell the difference from a new one to this part worn one they got me! As there was an issue with that tyre going to a different branch by accident they were very kind to stay behind after they closed by 45 mins just so i could get back from work to them to fit it even offered to open an hour and half early too if i wanted to go to them before work when they arrived just so didn't have to wait a week till Saturday for them to fit it!! I have refused to buy tyres from anyone else over the last 6 years purely on the basis NO ONE can beat them on cost or service. They are wonderful lads down there and when i went to an MOT recently with another company they tried saying i failed due to the tyre being to low however when i told them i was taking the car to Tyre Brigade and not them for the new tyre all of a sudden they passed the car?? They are so well known it seems that most companies get a little nervous when you mention their name probably because they know they will never get the opportunity to sell you a tyre lol they just cant beat Tyre Brigade. I will happily recommend this company all day long and it must be a statement that i have not being convinced to buy anywhere else other than Tyre Brigade for the last 6 years since finding them.
