I have nothing but admiration for the team at NTAA - they always do the work properly, quickly and are cheaper than a lot of the garages around. They also have fantastic customer service which I witnessed firsthand. They treat people of all races, colours, identities fairly and do not take advantage of you.

These guys fitted me in on a Saturday morning, had a thorough look over the car up on the ramps, couldn't find the problem, but reassured me that the wheels aren't about to fall off, and didn't charge me anything because it didn't need any work! Second time I've visited here for wheel alignment, and both times I've had excellent and friendly service. I also both times benefitted from a 50% discount voucher which is online via a printable voucher, so very well priced too. Both cars felt a great improvement after the alignment was done and steering wheel straight as a die, no wandering etc. Was also handy to leave car with them while we walked into town. Car was ready to drive away when we returned, no appointment was necessary on either occasion. Thanks National Tyres Worcester. We'll be bringing our Abarth 500 to you soon. Best level of service I have got from a car tyres shop in Worcester. Polite, professional and patient are just a few words that can describe how they are and how they carry out their work. Nice-to-haves, such as payment plans and checks for various things and guarantees are always the bits that make you come back. They also have coffees and cakes, which is a great touch, especially when you have a full day ahead after your car service. Highly recommended and will definitely go back for this sort of maintenance and work

Got a very good price online and was able to use a online discount code and have the tyres fitted next morning locally. The tracking machine was broken so couldn't get it checked. Good location if you want to leave car there and go into town while car being worked on.

Once again these guys have been open, honest and fair. Often the cheapest, but will always give you the best advice, even if that means sending you elsewhere. Complete opposite of other chains like Kwik-Fit who have tried to rip me off a number of times.

Really lovely team who helped calm me down after purchasing my Hyundai i20 and finding a few things wrong with it. Did some little bits of work for free (as a good will gesture) as I'd bought new tyres, discs and brakes. I'll 100% be using them for servicing in the future.

Been coming here for 6 years, these guys really look after you and offer a direct debit monthly payment option for when your personal vehicle is being disobedient.

Couldn't have received a better service and a more competitive quote, very happy. Purchased 4 goodyear tyres, they also offered me a free 4 wheel alignment check.Left the car went for a walk arround town picked up the car when we came back. Will be coming back. Thanks guys:)
