What a lovely experience from the moment I walked through the door. I was greeted by their store manager which I thought was lovely. I needed some money changing and went straight to the foreign exchange desk. The lady that served me was called Amelia, she was great and very knowledgeable, she could answer every question I asked. I would defiantly use them again and highly recommend them to everyone. A very friendly and professional atmosphere. perfect !!

We went into TUI with minimal ideas of where we wanted to go, Briony gave us advice and ideas of places we hadn’t even thought about. She had amazing knowledge of locations and the specific hotels, answered all of our questions and more! Briony could not have done more for us! Fab customer service and so informative yet made it simple for us.
