I was honored to share a full day exploring Belfast and Beyond Belfast with Paddy himself. Paddy showed up promptly to pick me. He was dressed professionally and presented a very warm welcome. Before leaving he reviewed what the day ahead entailed and gave me an opportunity to ask questions. Paddy has lived through The Troubles so he offered a very personal yet objective review of the history of Belfast. He was very intentional in his choice of word throughout the Belfast your and I really appreciated it as it gave me an opportunity to form my own opinions. I found Paddy to be very knowledgeable and open to questions thought the day. Occasionally Paddy would get excited and talk faster than I could comprehend but I never doubted his willingness to slow down or repeat things. I never felt rushed to explore and Paddy was always willing to accommodate my needs and preferences. The Beyond Belfast Tour was awesome. It is a must-see and Paddy knows the entire area like the back of his hand since he has enjoyed many family excursions to the area over the years, well before Game of Thrones became a thing. I highly recommend this tour. Be careful as there are a few copycatters that are not Paddy. I will do this tour again with friends and family in the future without a doubt.

Absolutely the best guide and best tour we had in all of Ireland! Learned so much we didn't know (and there were many quizzes ;) ). We were so moved by the experience we can't stop talking about and reading about all Irish history. We love you Pat with the Spiked Hair!! Great value! We spent only one day in Belfast and wanted a longer tour of the city than just the typical 1-hour political tour. Our driver, Peter, showed us amazing street art, the Titanic Musuem highlights, the beautiful college, and pointed us towards good places to eat and hear life music. The political tour was the highlight but the additional city sights were a nice addition. I'm pretty sure that I paid the same price as the 1-hour tour from the larger companies.

This is the original famous black cab tour in Belfast! While there are a few different companies, make sure to pick this one. Coming from the US, I was overwhelmed with all the different companies. After some research, I found this was the original, the best, and the best price. We had the pleasure of doing a tour with Gerry 2 who was amazing. We learned so much. He also gave us some books and movies to learn more! This is a must do for a trip to Belfast. We loved it so much we plan to do it again next time we visit. Thank you Gerry 2 and Paddy!

The best taxi tour in Belfast. We did the Belfast Murals tour. We were lucky enough to have Paddy Campbell himself hosting our tour. He approaches the tour with a completely pragmatic view to the two sides of the conflict in NI - enabling the riders to form their own opinion. Paddy is hilarious and incredibly knowledgeable. A true veteran who has lived and worked throughout the conflict. I am from Belfast myself and I brought my American boyfriend on the tour so that he could learn about where I grew up. He loved it and learned so much that he didn’t know. I definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to learn more about the NI conflict and history. The taxi was comfortable and warm on a rainy day and the times spent outside of the cab were kept to a minimum. The only complaint is my boyfriend felt threatened by Paddy’s charm. :-)

Fascinating and informative day with Paddy. Taken to the Peace Wall and murals. Then up to the Causeway Coast and locations from GoT. Very comfortable ride and plenty of time to see everything.. Lots of information from Paddy. A very full day, would recommend him. We booked him to take us to the recently opened GoT studio tour at Banbridge. Would book Paddy when we return in the future.
