Al-Hidayah have been amazing throughout the whole process. Was our first time going and everything was catered to our needs and precision to make everything comfortable for us ie closeness to the mosques etc was met. Throughout the process they were professional, patient and polite. 11 out of 10 service, may Allah reward them for their hard work. Especially Naeem who looked after us really well who was nothing but respectful and loving Cannot find any fault with their service. We were nervous travelling during the covid era but I can resure anyone travelling with Al-hidayah you will be looked after well.

You are in VERY safe hands with Al-Hidaayah. I went on their Umrah trip in December 2021 with my parents and we could not have asked for a better experience and service. Everything was facilitated for us and we benefited from excellent accommodation and food, ground transport, and ziyarah trips, leaving us to focus all our energy on our ibadah (worship). Though me and my parents have been before, this has been the first time attending in the midst of the pandemic with the new COVID restrictions in place at the harams. We were a little anxious about securing booking to pray salah in the Mosques and praying in the rawdah, but we needn't be, as our excellent Al-Hidaayah guide Jaffer walked us through the whole process and reassured us at every stage. He really did an amazing job, especially considering that this has been the companies first return to the holy cities since the pandemic began. It was also great that Jaffer ensured each group members individual needs were met. Some were confident enough to perform the tawaf and sai' portions of the umrah alone, whilst others needed guidance, so he performed the rituals alongside them and provided guidance the whole time. Above and beyond is how I would describe this company (and Jaffer's) service. Expensive but you get what you pay for in the end. Alhamdulillah.

The trip we booked with Al-Hidaayah was excellent. From start to finish, every step of our journey which included a stay in Al Medina was very well organized. I would not hesitate to travel with Al-Hidayaayah again.

Al-Hidaayah is a ward winning and much experienced Muslim travel agency. They are particularly good at Hajj, Umra but also offer other destinations. They are not cheap but their service is of a very high standard. They also accommodate disabled worshippers but you will need to make sure you explain fully the the exact needs of the disabled person. Although they are based in Birmingham, they do accept people going from London via Heathrow.

I was humbled and blessed to go again with Al Hidaayah for Umrah during December 2021. They were my automatic 1st choice. Br Jaffar made the Umrah experience really special as he accompanied me during my actual Umrah at my request. I gave him some feedback when I compared 2018 with 2021 and other operators. He was receptive and welcoming of all feedback. Would I recommend Al Hidaayah to my family ... Absolutely ... I would trust them with my kids or my mum for any future Hajj or Umrah trip. For me they have become family. They care about me and Akhira and I believe they want to facilitate me earning Jannah. May Allah be pleased with them. We just came back from Hajj 2019 on the 18th of August AlhamduAllah with Al-Hidayyah - 2 week non shifting package |(NS2). The management and the helpers went out of their way to help and organishe best of best Hajj for us. The Hotels in Makkah (Fairmont Clock Tower) and in Medina (Dar-al Imaan Intercontinental) were excellent and next to Haram. All the facilities in Mina, Muzdulfah and Arafaat were superb. I was not too much happy with the food in Mina but it was still OK considering that main focus was ibadaah. There was 24 hours supply of juices, ice creams, tea and coffee. The washrooms were in excellent conditions - the one in Arafaah was the best amongst the rest. Al Hidayah really looked after us, not only from logistics point of view but also from religous and spirtual point of view. They guided us in each and every step of Hajj told us the sunnah way of performing each of the Hajj Arkaan. We had 24X7 access to our group Sheikh ("Sheikh Tim Humble") and could reach him any time of the day. This was one of my best experince and indeed - "a journey of a life time".

Putting my experience of Umrah aside, which I'm ever so grateful for. The Al-Hidaayah team were incredible, everything was well organised, we were shown many amazing places in both cities, Medina and Mekkah. The accomodation provided were great as was the location for them, close to what we needed, nothing was too far of a walk. Shout to brother Jafre and Sheikh Wajid, loved them, they were approachable, extremely friendly, also funny and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond when giving us this experience and I appreciate all that they have done for us. Insha'Allah I will go again, whether doing Umrah again or Hajj, but will definitely go with this team. Ask for these brothers, when booking, would recommend.
