This company is not so good. They mess you around especially the transfers. In medina they didn't give is our rooms we had to wait a while before our room became available. No cleaning whatso ever in azizya. And loads of cases where management. But overall not the worst.

Pricing package is competative, however as they are of Pakistani descent, the tour guide was in Urdu. This was a problem for most of the pilgrims as we didn't speak Urdu. I've addressed this with the agents and insha'Allah it won't be repeated again. Pricing in group restricts what hotel you can book and dates. If you want a tailored package, this can be arranged and isn't as much extra one might think. Very helpful staff.

Good local agent, very helpful staff- booked a tailor made umrah package and beat all other online prices. Competitive group packages too. will be checking out the Hajj packages next time In sha Allah. Smooth process all the way through. Recommended!

They are by far the best hajj and umrah company with great customer service helping me an my family through this beautiful journey, we had a great experience and the hotels that the brothers of alhijaz recommended for us were great. Excellent service, brilliant tour guides. Went on Hajj 2016 with my mum, and these guys Abdul Hameed, Tariq and Shiekh just to mention a few names were very helpful. Great bunch to go with in sha Allah if i ever went again i would definitely choose Al Hijaz even though i had never heard of the group 1 week before i put my deposit down. Hajj is a once in a life time opportunity and i thank Allah for making it easy for me. You need to remember Hajj is not Hajj without a little struggle.
