I traveled with furqan travel for hajj this year (2017). I had a very good experience, they exceeded my expectations and unlike most other hajj groups did more than they promised (most hajj groups promise more and deliver less), we chose a longer package (33 days) so a shifting package was more suitable for our requirements, we had a five star service in madina and mecca, and more than adequate accommodation in aziziya which was only a 10 minute bus ride from the haram. So jazakallah khair to the furqan team for the wonderful experience and their efforts during and after the hajj. I would certainly recommend them to others.

I went with furqan travel for hajj 2019 , from the start our journey from Birmingham to Heathrow airport arriving in Jedda airport and then with the couches to Madina everything went smooth no problems no waiting brother Sheikh Abdelkader jazzah allah kheir he was always there to help, we went to Madina Hotel Pullman Zamzam 5 star for 6 days very closed to Masjed Nabawi less then 5 minutes walk And then we stayed in meeca for 9 days in Elaf kinda hotel 5 star which is very very closed to haram less then 5 minute walk and then to Appartment Aziziya which is closed to Jamaraat , I highly recommend Furqan travel to everyone who want go for ummrah or hajj excellent customer service Sheikh Abdulwalli and Sheikh Abdelkader and Sheikh Ahmad jazzahum allah kheir , amazing group see photos

My daughter and I honestly had an amazing experience with Furqan Travel and would most definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to go Umrah or Hajj. We not only got to stay at great hotels that were short walking distances from the masjids but we also got to see a number of different historical sites and given brief history talks on each. We've met some amazing people on this journey and could not thank Furqan Travel enough for all the support and guidance they provided us.

Would I recommend furqan travel to anyone ABSOLUTELY free of charge I would, my experience as a first time umrah traveller was fantastic well organised and smooth. Ahmed dhagax tuur was a professional tour guide and leader despite the different characters he was faced with, he tried to please and make everyone happy as best as he could, and the constant Hadith as we were travelling story telling and allah reminders was phenomenal. He had activities for both adults and the young youth which was very thoughtful, we went to a camel farm where we drunk fresh camel milk, kids had turns to ride the camels as well, we also went quad biking in the deserts and also went to a lot of historical Islamic sites were Ahmed was explaining to us like the likes of the uhud battle field and the mountains where iqra was revealed. We stayed in wonderful luxurious hotels with wonderful breakfast buffets, that were five minutes walk from the masjid in Madinah and five minutes from the kaba in Mecca. I don’t think I can sum it up in words how wonderfully my experience was may allah swt protect furqan travel and the team Amiin.

Although I was skeptical at the beginning, Furqan Travel has exceeded my expectations on every department, from transport, accommodation and communication. Both Madina (Crown Plaza Hotel) and Mecca (Sheraton Hotel) we have stayed 5* hotels which were haramain view and walking distance. The group leaders were exceptionally helpful and professional. Went with Furqan Travel to perform hajj in 2019. Hotels very close to the haramayn, appartment in aziziya very close to jamarat (which is perfect on the days of hajj), guides very helpful (brother abdulqadir جزاه الله خيرا), this trip was without any problem from beginning to end alhamdulillah. I recently went to umrah with Furqan travel and the whole experience from start to finish has been exceptional. I stated my requirements and left it to furqan travel to find the best package for me and thats exactly what they did. We flew from uk to frankfurt to jeddah. When we got to jeddah a furqan travel rep along with our taxi to mekkah was waiting for us. We checked in our hotels in makkah and madina without any issues and recieved exactly what we were told. Alhamdulillah I did hajj with Furqan Travel and I would highly recommend them to friends and family. AbdulWali & the team looked after us very well. We had lectures in Birmingham before we left and had constant reminders by Sheikh Hamid & other sheikhs so that we could perform our hajj properly. Our flight was direct from Manchester to medina then direct from Jeddah back to Manchester. Perfect for those travel from the northwest of England like us. We stayed in Shaza hotel in Medina right next to the Prophets Masjid. In Makkah we stayed in the clock tower in Swissotel, both 5 star hotels. During the days of hajj we stayed in apartments In Aziziyah which was close to the jamarat and had 3 course meal. We had regular lectures and opportunities to ask the sheikhs questions to ensure that we would perform hajj properly. There were a mix of people from all over the world who chose to do hajj with Furqan and it was easy to make friends and encourage each other to make the most of our time in the holy cities. Due to the locations of the hotels it was easy to pray our prayers in congregation in Masjid al-Haram and masjid an Nabawi. The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: “One prayer in this mosque of mine is better than a thousand prayers anywhere else except al-Masjid al-Haraam; one prayer in al-Masjid al-Haraam is one hundred times better.” Living right next to them was very ideal for us. Once again I would like to stress how helpful Furqan Travel were throughout our hajj. I would reiterate that I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I have just returned from my Umrah trip which was booked via Furqan Travel. I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I went into the agency on a Monday to enquire about Umrah packages. The agent was very helpful and gave me all the relevant information, along with prices. I decided to make a booking and it was completed immediately without any issues. I had to return a few days later to provide passports for the required visas. The whole process was very smooth and efficient. Airport transfers were included in the package. The coach driver was punctual for both the pick-up and the drop-off. The hotels were perfectly located in both Makkah and Madina, within easy walking distance of the Haram Sharif. The hotel staff made our stay enjoyable and provided whatever we needed. As this was my first ever Umrah trip, my excitement was followed by nerves. However, I was immediately put at ease with the Umrah group leaders that had been assigned for us. The group leaders handed us booklets which were very informative. They accompanied us to every Ziyarah and gave us in-depth knowledge regarding each place. With their guidance, we gratefully completed our first Umrah. With the reasonably priced packages and a service that was second to none, I will be recommending Furqan Travel to my friends and family. I had a tremendous experience, they offered more than they promised unlike most other hajj agencies (most hajj agencies promise more and deliver less), we chose a longer package (30 days), we stayed in a five star hotels in Madina and Makkah right next to both Haram and Masjid Nabawi, which was less than 8 minutes walk and adequate accommodation in aziziya which was only a 10 minute bus ride from the Haram. Jazakallah khair to the Furqan Travel team for the unforgettable experience and their efforts during and after the hajj. I would certainly recommend them to others. Jazaka'Allah Khair for brother Naheem who is one of the wonderful Furqan team offered us a tour in Makkah such as the birth place of the Prophet Mohammed (SAW) and where Khadijah was buried and many more. Remember Hajj needs lots of patient and to be kind and gentle with others.

Both hotels were close. In Madina and Makkah within a few minutes of walking you were there. I made wonderful friends who felt like family to me. There was no divide between different cultures we were all together united .I cannot fault the organisers and all the workers . 5* rating from me. Hajj 2018- what amazing lifetime experience with some amazing people I got chance to meet. This was one of the best opportunity to get a package with aziziyah as it gave us a chance to meet some amazing brothers and sister which I can never forget. It's definitely a different experience which you can never explain to someone until they go and perform hajj themselves, but umrah itself is nothing like hajj which that needs to be kept in mind. Hajj more challenging, tough but enjoyable. But Allah swt is alway with you to make things easy inshaAllah. It does surely test our patience, which isn't easy definitely in mina and muzdalifah, with abit of toilet issue you get. Other then that subhaAllah everything went well the bus service, hotel, the food even though you cant eat much. But everything was on point. The brothers did more then we could ask for. Brother Abdul Kadir, Sheikh Ahmed and (yusuf) Abdul wali and the other brothers from 1 team were excellent throughout, I couldn't ask for more. And sister Hamdee throughout our booking she was excellent, kept us up to date with everything. May Allah swt reward each and everyone of these guys for all there hard work and accept our hajj inshaAllah. Once again thank you to brother yusuf and Abdul kadir for taking care of my mum :) We didn't no much about furqan travel but this has got to be the best choice we made travelling with them. Hajj!!! We initially stayed at Zamzam pullman Madina a 5 star hotel which was located very close to masjid . This made it very easy for us to be able to go masjid and come back when needed easily. In Makkah we stayed at Elaf Kinda which was a 3 min walk away from the Haram if not less. When you decide to go for haji or umrah location is key as you'd want to make most of your ibaadah whilst you are in Makkah or madina. During the days before we went to Mina for Hajj we stayed in the Aziziyah apartments which were located very close to the jamaraat. We had an amazing time met lovely people and made life long friendship.

And I am even referring to the 'twin sharing' option! This is what attracted me the most: length of time; itinerary, quality & the price.. Nevertheless, as with with all travels, unexpected situations can arise.. Although I experienced this on arrival, the matter was rectified the following day.. All staff were approachable, friendly, professional and dealt with any concerns promptly, BarakAllahu Lahum! Soo grateful and happy :) Learned staff were available to answer questions relating to the Hajj itself.. Q&A sessions were held specifically for women to air their queries.. Consistent reminders and talks were given after Salah during our stay at 'Azizziyah & Mina; keeping us stimulated! With life, nothing is perfect, hence there can be a little improvement with communication only on one or two matters at the most, Masha'Allah and I am sure Al-Furqan will be pleased to hear and work on them, In Shaa Allah for the next time..
