Wow! When booking a trip to the French Alps, we began asking for information from different homes we were interested in after a search online. That’s when we received a call from Gavin! He asked all the right questions, took into account our traveling party size, our budget and our wishes and sent us a list of properties that fit those things the very next morning! He kept in-touch, answered all our questions in a very timely manner and linked us with the PERFECT chalet for our getaway!! He was involved from the start to the finish and followed up after we’d returned home to check-in. We will be using them again in the near future for all our travel needs!

My experience using Ski In Luxury was fantastic from start to finish, the start been during the panemic. Rebecca was very helpful in making sure I got fully refunded. And then when new season dates came out for 2022, she got in touch to tell me and I managed to book the same holiday. When France closed its borders in Dec 2021, Rebecca suggested I hold on as rumour on the ground over in the resorts was that they would re-open sometime in Jan 2022, which they did. And as our holiday neared she kept me up to date with French travel regulations. The apartment was worth waiting for and the service from the company who Ski In Luxury deal with were fantastic also. Five stars indeed.

We just wanted to send a massive thank you from all of us. Su nailed the brief and gave us exactly what we wanted, a stunning luxury apartment, right on the slopes. We couldn't fault anything all week. Jochen, our concierge guy, made our holiday run so much easier and smoother. He was always there to pick us up from town, the lifts or drop us in Lech for a day our excursion. He also gave fantastic restaurant recommendations too. Would definitely go with you guys again. The service I had from Ski In Luxury was exceptional. Within hours of making an enquiry over their website I had been furnished with a list of chalets that exactly fit my requirements. Their representative (Rebecca - outstanding!) then called me the following day and answered all my questions and queries, and I booked the perfect chalet through them the next day. Faultless service, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a company that goes the extra mile for their customers.
