D. B.Went in to check what we need to do regarding visas, checking in etc for our holiday that we booked on line. Lorraine who dealt with us couldn't have been anymore helpful. Went through it all with us and wrote down everything that will need doing before and after flight. Very friendly and professional. Will go in here next time we want to book as now match on line price.

p. s.Visited the Tui Holiday Store as flights for my original holiday to Italy had changed meaning the return flight was a day later along with changes to flight times which were with a third party easy Jet. Didn't really know what to do or even if my Holiday would go ahead was very worried. All the staff in the store were amazing using all their contacts to get answers quickly. despite it meaning the holiday would not go ahead all the staff and especially thanks to Gina who managed to find a suitable alternative in the same destination and slightly better accommodation albeit with a small surcharge to pay. most of all i was just so thankful to the staff for taking the stress out of what is a very difficult and stressful situation for us as customers/ travelers. To manage this myself without their knowledge, professionalism and teamwork would probably led me to have a melt-down. So very grateful....looking forward to my holiday very soon. Rohan and Paul
