Paul was fantastic picked 16 of us up on time to Birmingham airport and at the end of our holiday picked us again no trouble, even knew our flight was delayed. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. The trailer was a brilliant idea for our luggage. Mary, Adrian and party.

Jack recently took a stag party to Manchester, was really friendly and approachable. Jack was happy to drive in the crazy storms and got us there and back safely. He was very accommodating stopping for a toilet break when we needed to on the way and on the way back. Arrived early to pick us up and was flexible on the time coming home. This is the second time now that myself & group of friends have used Bristol Travel LTD for our regular trip down to “Rogers Cider Farm”. I wanted to use the company again after the fantastic customer service and professionalism which was received during the first trip. The driver Tony is always happy to go the extra mile for you and accommodate your trip to ensure it’s exactly how you want it. Very clean bus, always on time, no delays, friendly chatty driver and a fantastic price for the journey. Amazing service Honestly had the best service from this company having booked 5 trips over the course of the weekend. All of the drivers were so friendly, prompt and helpful and it was very good value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
