Steve and Harry went the extra mile in booking a holiday for me. Nothing was to much trouble and they looked tirelessly for the right location, package and deal. This took a few hours including some extras which weren’t easy to apply. There perseverance and friendliness was very refreshing and demonstrated “what good retailing” looks like. I would certainly recommend the team and wouldn’t hesitate to book in Bristol again even though it’s 70 plus miles away. Thanks again and keep up the hard work.

A Brilliant Way to Book a Holiday. The Virgin Store is a Great Experience, it's like having a drink with a friend , discussing options and ideas for your next vacation. It was relaxed and very informative with no hard sell. We had a laugh, a drink and snacks, and came away with our Dream Package .....I will never book a Major Vacation online again.
