I booked private ski lessons but due to the changes in the covid restrictions I had to cancel our ski holiday. They were very quick to respond to my email and I was offered a full refund, a credit or to rebook alternative dates.. I opted for a full refund and received the funds quickly, I will definitely use again. Very pleased with the service I received.

I mean I don’t think there is much for I can say then EXCELLENT! Honest I don’t think I’ve EVER had the level of service I’ve had from any other company. Elizabeth has been amazingly accommodating and made everything super easy for my daughter and I first snowboarding trip. I would 100% recommend booking with Andorra Resorts and we certainly will be visiting again ASAP. Again thank you so much for all your help it truly has been second to none !

Excellent service, we realised the night before arriving that out return flight time was brought forward and we needed ski passes and equipment for a day less. We decided to email the company about 10pm Irish time. Couldn't believe it when Steve replied about 5 minutes later saying that was no problem and the 5 of us would be refunded re the extra day, which we were within a couple of days. We were kitted out in about 20 minutes with equipment. Best fitting boots I've had in about 8 trips to different resorts. Would strongly recommend. In

This is a good resort with lots of blue runs for beginners and plenty of options for more experienced skiers. The ski school is excellent for kids. My 6 year old son, who had never skied before, was confidently doing snowplough turns and going down easy blue runs by the end of the week.

My son was skiing with friends and had a slight problem picking up his lift pass on the first morning so purchased a day one from a different office. However I received a text from the Andorra office around 11am asking if everything was okay as he hadn't picked up his pass. The lovely lady agreed to personally deliver the lift pass to his hotel so he would have it for the next day and would not miss any ski time to go and collect it. He was over the moon and for me to know it was sorted was priceless. Thankyou Elizabeth !

We used Andorra Resorts to book skis, lift passes and transfers to Pas de La Casa. The website was easy to use, lots of information on ski-type etc, nice clear information on passes and transfers and the vouchers they send worked perfectly. We were able to collect passes and ski hire the night we arrived using the vouchers, so we were ready to ski first thing the next morning. We also had an issue around Covid within our group during our stay and they were very quick to help and resolve the issue. Would highly recommend if going to Pas de la Casa

Arinsal was perfect for me as a paralysed person using a sit ski with an instructor. I would recommend it very strongly for disabled people and also for young families with children for whom the blue and red runs are perfect. We found it was significantly cheaper than anywhere in the Alps.

Good website, easy to use when organising trip, and simple to pay. Representatives (or at least the one i spoke to) are native English speakers and are very helpful when we needed to make some last minute changes. Visited Arinsal/Pal, had a great time, despite the very hot weather and resulting poor snow conditions!

Amazing experience with Andorra Resorts! Had to change my transfer from Barcelona to Pas twice - they helped sort this both times within an hour. I genuinely would have been stuck without them so I really can't fault the service. Ski hire is also very cheap, high quality and easy to find. Excited to get back to Pas next year using these guys again!

El was a fantastic rep, she really took care of our group of 26 people throughout the week. No question was a stupid question, she took care with our booking and was always available for guidance and advise throughout our stay. 5* experience for a 2* price. Faultless from start to finish. We used Andorra Resorts to sort out transfers, lift passes, ski hire, also had a free lunch on the slopes with our lift passes. We were a large group which involved a few swaps and changes before departure, nothing was too much hassle for the team on the emails, and upon arrival to resort, our lift passes were all sorted and Jeni met us at the ski hire shop while we were getting fitted out to give them to us. Not my first time using this company and won’t be my last, the only company to use for all things skiing within Andorra.

I used only the transfer bus from Barcelona airport to Andorra, so I can give feedback on that. I was very satisfied with the comfort and quality. Timing was precise and with no delays.

They were very helpful on the phone and English speakers so I could understand them fully. When I asked about the journey to Andorra they emailed me a detailed route. On the first day my daughter had an accident which ended our skiing. Andorra Resorts were able to get me a refund for the unused days of lift passes. I will be using them again. Hopefully with no children having accidents.

This was our second skiing holiday and we wanted private lessons after a bad experience with group lessons in another country. We booked two sets of five private lessons in Arinsal. Javier taught the two intermediates, who progressed well, especially my youngest son who loved every minute of all his lessons. Paddy taught the two beginners and I would highly recommend him, particularly if you are very nervous like I was. He is very calm and patient so easy to trust, and seemed to be able to get exactly the right balance between pushing me out of my comfort zone but not too far. He was also able to teach at two levels simultaneously, as my older son was a lot better than me but still made lots of progress. We were very impressed with our whole experience of using this company.

Just a quick note to thank you for your help below, but also to convey my thanks and compliments to the Andorra board, staff, and everyone working at Grandvalira: The Covid system in place is exceptional, efficient and an example to other countries. The staff was super lovely everywhere I went. The slopes were groomed immaculately every day. I am a French national as you know, and this is a fine example of what other countries should aim to resemble. Well done to everyone!

Made booking equipment and lift passes really easy. They use the best hire shops in resort and are very well priced. Gave us great information and advice when Arinsal was shut due to a massive snow drop and high winds. Would definitely use again.

Very very easy to book our holiday. Amazing people with great customer service and the prices are excellent. It’s brilliant how you can have you’re whole holiday booked with them because if anything goes wrong they’re instantly on it and always looking out for you. Highly recommend them and I’ll be using them for the 20/21 season!

An excellent resort with plenty of choice for all levels of skiing. We stayed in Arinsol most of the time but ventured over to Pal for one day, even more choice! Everything seems so well organised, never overcrowded and we rarely had to wait long for a lift. Well be back!

Booked ski lessons through Andorra Resorts online, in England. Very efficient and painless process. Friendly English instructors who make the whole experience a great deal of fun. Would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic service from Hollie. My booking didn't go through due to my bank freezing my credit card. They emailed me to make sure I wasn't having any problems with the website. Then Hollie generated a link so I could pay for private lessons and ski passes together. Unbelievable service. Highly recommended

Thoroughly enjoyed my skiing trip to Soldeu. Resorts team were helpful and friendly and the apartment we stayed in ideal. As a 'first-timer' it was easy and I did not break anything (apart from a little pride). Though I don't have any experience of other resorts, I can't compare but the experience, price and, above all, the food will definitely have me back there.

Huge ski resort. Spent 5 days skiing and couldn't see most of it. Felt it could be a bit better designed for beginners, my partner was limited to Soldeu as he felt he couldn't handle the pistes needed to return to the area if you be ventured out of it. Food is a bit of a let down, most restaurants focused on Italian food or burgers, thought by being in a country bordered by France and Spain that there would be decent food offerings but that's not the case. Supermarkets are limited also, need to go to Canillo in order to get actual ingredients. As for the company organising it all, well that was seamless and there were no issues at all, top class!

Very easy to book lift pass and equipment, it was actually quite a lot cheaper than the travel company. Plenty of places to collect pass, staff in Nordic esports are fantastic. Will definitely return.

Used them a few times now. For lift passes in the past and just equipment this time. The shop they use in Arinsal, St Moritz, have plenty of equipment and make sure you are kitted out correctly. Would use again.
