L. T.Took a coach to London! Booked in advance on the national express service. After arriving via taxi we waited in a little shelter with seats. The place is clean and tidy with a nice gentleman to assist with any questions we might need.

M. A.One driver who is not capable to inform any customer of any relevant information. The only reply was: ”please return to your seat”. I was looking for the toilet and I have had this response. The company needs to add a co-driver or a person who may carry other duties. If something happens, lack of communication should the outcome be?
m. k.The coach service in itself is amazing, super safe, well trained drivers. However the coach station needs a makeover. Cardiff being capital city of a country should deserve a better coach station with waiting areas and toilets. Being wet, windy and rainy during most of the days in a year, this current coach station has no proper shelter to cover our heads during rain. I have travelled using this coach station not less than 20 times in the past yr and drenched myself in rain many times when waiting for the buses to come, there is only one teeny-tiny bus stop where all the passengers will hide during bad weather. A coffee shop, toilets and proper sheltered waiting areas is the need of the hour.

The booking office and toilets were closed when we were there but it was 7am and later at 8pm

d. a.Absolutely delighted whenever I find that the national express is my best option to get to cities in England. Not always as cheap as megabus but the seats are comfier and leave me with fewer neck strains after long journeys (I'll always have neck problems though if I don't bring a pillow)
